This is a very good and basic question every team leaders and EA's should understand. As per me I will send regular communications to my team and ask them any help required frequently. Also I will try to understand my team members problems and react and help them to upgrade to next level by motivating them and solve their issues on time. If you work alongwith your team and share the opinions and strategies very often, definitely the SFI will be a Great Place to work and team members will enjoy excited to do more work and succeed in SFI Business.

That is true, and I'm trying. I write quite frankly, luring them to join in games and team-based sports. If someone communicates, where areas along, it's easy and best. easily give the right partnerships and can expand and hobbies, which in turn can be used in business.
If someone can not communicate, it can tend to assume that probably will not last long and that he did not want zavazovazovat and converge. Thus, you can not do anything because these people have their own plan. You can try to change his plan, writing again, but I always have this success.
It is best, and it is also a great happiness when you have people who really thinks positively, they have nice character and a sense of nonsense. With these works the best and is also fun.

People these days just love online games and also auctions. Promote these products to get the information out there. Unless you advertise, then no-one knows the games exist.

I would suggest writing some well worded advertisements promoting the TripleClicks games as well as the Pricebenders Auctions. You could also include the Music section as well. Advertise these 3 areas of TripleClicks and you are bound to get a few interested and curious people having a look.

Once people login and have a look, they will more than likely click through to other areas and before you know it, you have a customer.

If you are not a good writer, trawl the internet for ideas on writing. Do not plagiarise. Do lots of reading and then put your advertisement in your own words. Just use the internet for ideas.

If you are one of the members who has their own website, then set up a few pages advertising Pricebenders, Games and Music. With your own website, you can put in loads of information for people to read. Websites are very cheap – just do your searching like I did.

You can also get your own website and point it to a certain area of SFI or TripleClicks if you want. It is just another way to get your word out to your audience.

Personally, I think getting your own website and promoting and then advertising your website link is the best way. You can provide heaps of interesting information and the games make it quite exciting for your prospective customers.
