Hi Jasna.

If you do not have any team members, you can no longer become a Bronze Team Leader with SVP (Sales VersaPoints) + AVP (Action VersaPoints) only.

To become a Bronze Team Leader now, you must have at least one first-level (1st. generation) team member who is at Executive Affiliate 2 level.

How can I earn 1000 AVP for the status of BTL if I do not have any team members yet?

Let me tell what I have been doing to get 1000 AVP, i only had 1 EA2 so I get 100 points from that EA2 plus 100 from having a 1500 Standing Order and I have 125Tcredits as a Standing Order which gives me +\-125 points because i only bid on double MRP Auctions and make sure that i play a game that is double MRP and when i bid i sometimes win a flash drawing which gives me 4 Tcredits, that's 4 AVP.

I make sure that i buy at least 1 or 2 products so that i can rate/review that products and get +/- 50 AVP and do all the actions daily, weekly and monthly actions.

Just a quick answer here have a standing order of 125 TCredits to use in the card king game to win avp,csa,mrp and more.
Also to use on the auctions that have double mrp, that will also help you in bid and build doing these things will also help you build a team.

Make sure you are doing all your daily,weekly and monthly to-do list to get your free VersaPoints.

Using the mrp to buy 1 TCredit each for 126 mrp.

Some people say why become a team leader if you don't have a team,well becoming a BTL gives you a share of csa's which helps build that team which in return gives you a better chance at growing your business in the future.

I didn't have a PSA for 6 months and I became a BTL in my 2nd month, never looking back. I know, there will be an outcry of those saying that you shouldn't be a Team Leader until you have a Team, but you know what? I was driving a car before I had my own car, haha.

Almost half of that 1,000 VP is easy and FREE by doing your monthly actions. For me, the rest of it came through bidding at auctions and playing my favorite games.

I think Team Leader is more than what you do, it's who you are! I think you get that, and I encourage you to press forward. If you run into a snag meet us in the forum for more hints.

Here are some ways to get the versa point (VP). And please do your sponsor ratings.

1. Every day you can earn 11 VP for a total of 330 VP in a 30 day month just by viewing your To-do list: Click on "the latest items at Tripleclicks" link under your "To-do list" tab to receive 2 VP each day. All of the above actions total 11 easy VP that you can get each day meaning you get 330 VP if you do this each day in a 30 day month.

2. Get 35 VP each week for a total of 140 VP a month for clicking on "your T-Connect page under your "To-do list" tab once a week to earn 5 VP. Go to "Hot Spots" on your SFI homepage and then go to "Genealogy". Click on "Send an E-Mail//Team-Mail to this group", to send a weekly message to your downline and get 30 VP each week. I use this opportunity to share helpful tips and hints.

3. Once a month click on "submit sponsor rating" under your "To-do list" tab to receive 10 VP each month. So far, all of the above actions give you 480 easy VP. To become an EA you need 1050 more VP. If you have not seen the "Launchpad" lessons yet, you can get 15 VP for every single lesson.
If you did your 11 VP on the day before you can qualify for that day's DAILY GRAND just click on the blue button. You could win 10 CREDITS, 10 CSA, a prestige domain or 50 MRP.

4. Another way to get VP is to use any FREE T-CREDITS and/or MRP you have to purchase digital downloads at Tripleclicks “BEFORE THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH”.

NOTE: When you use T-CREDITS or MRP to purchase items you don't earn VP BUT you get to do reviews on the items 15 days later if it's a digital download. You get 25 VP for each review. Or, if you use MRP to purchase T-CREDITS, you will get VP too.

** For example: you buy 1 TCREDIT for 120 MRP and you'll get 102 VP. If you stay above green line, you'll get 200VP and some MRP too.

If you don’t have one EA2 in your Gen 1, even if you earn the required 3,000 VP, you cannot be a BTL. This new added qualification will take effect on January 2016. So I suggest that you focus on sponsoring affiliates. Promote and advertise your SFI gateways to flow PSAs into your downline. Then teach them how to earn 1,500 VP to become EA and stay EA each month.

And my question to you is, why do you go to the BTL or greater status if you do not have it and the depth? This is so not working. You just have to invest nor investment you did not quite get it because of the sales points and you have to AVP. So focus on the construction team, to move and start working, keep the status of the EA and then go to BTL. Because therefore you now BTL without active members you have no benefit from it, nor profits, nor depth in generations.
