In my weekly communications to my PSAs and CSAs, what can I write to motivate them to become more active?

Motivating PSAs/CSAs to become more active:

The question is moot and significant especially in the light of the latest announcement of Sign Up Bonus by SFI..

It has to be seen very clearly that it is possible to give any amount of encouragement or pepping up the spirit of PSAs/CSAs in case they are convinced of the great efforts being made relentlessly by the SFI!
A few of them are :Free Registration, Infrastructure facilities like Power Tools such as Geneology, facilities

Hi,

I think that this question is not easy to answer ..

We are all different in some way and we can not know what would motivate someone. However, we need to try until we find the right words.

Some people are bothered by positive thinking and motivation, because they still are not satisfied with yourself and all that is good and beautiful are not accepted.

That's why I think we need to send messages of different character:

A weekly message to your team is a good way of informing your team of the latest developments as well as suggesting some of your own ideas. It is a good practice to divide your newsletter in several sections, with each addressing a specific need.

It also helps if you can begin by identifying areas in which you think your PSAs or CSAs need help or encouragement. You can check this out by visiting their ledgers to see where they are lacking or are doing well.

notes of things you consider worth sending along to your growing team.

In the end, they must decide weather to be active or not.

You are looking for five motivated leaders just like you.

Get to know your PSAs or CSAs. Monitor their progress from the start and then:

1. Offer them your uncoditional support, let them know that you are available for communication.

2. Send them weekly tips.

3. Get into problem (if any) with them and solve it together.

4. Build Team spirit!

How would I, and I'm a new member concerning bonuses SFI IT?
I would first like in the first month - dooobro sponsors gait and all initial steps, flawlessly done;
- And then, to sponsor introduced me to support groups and all would list the files,
- It opened most interesting I read,
- The bonus would be stopped and miscalculated, so I (in view of what I know now)

About all what they are doing in order to succeed, what does your sponsor, and what is good copy for their success.
If someone really decides to be successful and wants to work, so no extra motivation usually needs. Otherwise the conversation and maintaining enthusiasm is certainly nothing to spoil it. I think, be honest and talk about their positive experiences and answer their questions.
Someone must not want any instruction or even experience does not want or need to go to the forum,

Motivation in this type of system involves exciting people and encouraging them to act and react--you can't just push and cajole and expect any positive action. Now, what you write has to engage your affiliates, which means you have to know where their interests are and direct your conversation to target those interests. This is going to depend entirely on the demographics of your team. This means that I can't be too specific because I don't know who your affiliates are.

Nice question.
There are so many things you could write to your team members weekly to get them motivated & going, just so many things.
First and foremost welcome them to SFI & let them know that if they want & have to achieve what they joined SFI for in the first place, they have to be up & working. Let them know that SFI has all the resources to make their business grow tremendously if only they do what is required of them. Let them know the whole lot of commissions
