For our communications with our PSAs and CSAs, we have highly effective and equally diversified tools which allow us to tailor our messages to address specific questions, send targeted motivational messages and reach the different audiences that make up our genealogy.
In view of motivating our team members to be active, there are several situations to consider. Some cases can be addressed on a weekly basis. But, there are also instances that are better resolved as they arise. The relevance and impact of the message we may send will not be the same if we wait for the the weekly team mail.
The first order of urgency is the group of "Red Flagged" affiliates. The corresponding genealogy filter is a handy tool for reaching this group, alerting each one of the risk they may face soon of being deleted out of the SFI database, and losing their SFI membership. Hence we should point out the urgency for taking action.
In our daily duplication efforts, our first choice target group is made up of our "Movers".We have conveniently a tab in our daily To-do-List that gives us access to these team members with whom we will be well advised to interact on a daily basis. We can see directly the efforts they are making and their achievements. As a result, we a have abundance of data and material, through their daily activity and their VP Ledger, to use and communicate with them, congratulate them when their reach a milestone, encourage them, and/or point out areas where they may be missing opportunities.
Besides these two groups (the first being inactive, and the second highly active), the weekly team mail is, indeed, an appropriate communication tool for the entire genealogy. For this purpose, we have the Genealogy mailer as well as the PSAs and the CSA mailers. A wise selection of our recipient groups and the wording of our motivational messages to each of those groups are the first communication instruments for effective exchange with our team members, for greater positive impact.
With the proper use of the genealogy filters we can identify and select various situations that characterize the diversity of the components that make up our teams. Thus we can target our messages to address given situations and motivate the concerned PSAs or CSAs according to their specifics cases.
Below are few examples:
To the newly recruits, we may want to emphasis the benefits of qualifying for the Silver and Gold Fast Tracks, their qualification requirements and their benefits. It is of significant importance that they understand how the Signing Bonuses work and how they will be paid. As sponsors, we should also brief them on the importance of qualifying through the first rounds of the E365 contest. Any new sign-up who qualifies for Gold Fast Track and reaches the final round of the E365 will also have the rank of Executive Affiliate, at minimum. They have a great potential of staying active.
In their second month with SFI, the sponsor's motivational messages may be geared to helping those affiliates at least re-qualify as EA2.
For the whole genealogy, as such, the content of motivational communications may include membership to our S-Builder Co-ops, the contests we may organize to help affiliates qualify in the quarterly Entrepreneurship Challenges, alerting them to interesting forum posts on team building and duplication, commenting for them any new policy introductions or modifications, new sales and sponsoring tools.
Reading and commenting the weekly "SFI News" and other releases can also be part of an effort to keep affiliates informed, abreast of SFI's progress and keeping them motivated, if not excited about SFI and highly active members of our teams.
Some of the most effective ways to help affiliates remain active include working with them in sponsoring new recruits, helping them teach duplication to their own teams, training them to successfully sell TripleClicks products and services, and refer ECAs and PRMs.
