Good question.
To increase your earnings, the first thing you need to do is to make sure you're not focusing totally on VP (VersaPoints). Yes, income can be earned from accumulating VersaPoints, but the primary role of VP is to determine your rank. As SFI basics (https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics) explains, the way you create large incomes in SFI is through sales, sponsoring, and duplication. If you're neglecting these areas, you're never going to be happy with your commission income. I urge you to review SFI basics and follow the guidelines!
And here's an example of how to focus on specific earnings. Go to the first commission type listed in our compensation plan:
www.sfimg.com/compplan/
The first commission type is Direct Commissions. "Follow the money." The compensation plan tells you exactly how to earn whatever amount you wish to earn.
There are infinite ways to build your business but, at the end of the day, it must include the activities that create earnings if you want to build an appreciable income.
Therefore all of the above: All of this can be stated in two words.
1. Sales.
2. Duplication.
Its that simple!
With all due respect, your income is not based on your rank, how long you've been in SFI, etc. It's based on doing the actions that generate income...per the Compensation Plan (https://www.sfimg.com/compplan/).
I should add that rank of course helps and can even be very significant in your earnings, but it has to be built on the core earnings generators. Just being a Team Leader provides little unless there is revenue (sales) happening.
The rank itself assures you a proportional income from the Executive Pool. Consider your commissions as the income stream, and your rank as an acknowledgement for your efforts, rather than inversely.
Conclusion:
EA2s, TLs and above are working on the Compensation Plan. Otherwise they would have dropped off or being inactive. All are trying to earn as much as they can through sponsoring, duplication and sales. All this can happen only when people are responding as part of team building. What matter most is the quality of people coming into this business, people who are serious in earning money, same minded people who are confident about SFI.
So looking for prospective buyers is part of advertising. Sales are made when your promotion sets on the right target. Income is generated from inside [downline team/CSAs] and outside[PRMs].
Being TL is just a rank, the level achieved. But most important is the income from sales (inside and outside). Even EA/EA2 having made more sales than TLs can earn more commission income than TLs.
Building a downline team provides the most compensation. If you do not have a downline team then it is expensive to try to be a team leader.
It is up to you to come up with your own business model that helps you to generate the right Return On Investment SFI has provided you with lots of instructions and other affiliates give you valuable time saving and money saving tips.
When it comes to sales in general every good seller knows buy low sell high. You must have a workable plan in place that allows that to happen.
What has been hinted at but not actually stated is this: By your own creation, given your desire to earn, and freedom to pursue the action you choose, your ability to earn is, well, unlimited.
NB: Another simple method of earning commission is Co-Sponsor Commissions , by acquiring a large quantity of CSAs using the following 3 methods:
1. CSAs assigned to you by SFI.
2. Buying CSAs from TripleClicks.
3. Winning CSAs at auctions.
If you have a large quantity of CSAs assigned to you, you can generate a good Co-Sponsor Commissions from these CSAs. You must maintain EA (Executive Affiliate) status to retain any CSAs you have been assigned. If you lose your EA status, you immediately forfeit ALL CSAs you've acquired to date. Its that simple.
I generate more commission from CSAs than from my downline team.
