The wording of the question asked by a friend or a family member should determine the answer we give to describe SFI. Answering questions should be conducted as a dialogue. The reply should meet the expectations in the inquiry.
As a rule of conduct, with my family, relatives and friends, I share my enthusiasm, my dreams, my goals and most importantly, I display my confidence as well as my determination to reach my SFI objectives.
Although the facts and figures about SFI are impressive in themselves, in our face-to-face interactions with potential prospects, the impressions we convey will have greater effects than the description of features and benefits.
Indeed, we should use SFI history and track record. They are well suited and helpful in answering questions, handling objections, and calling our prospects to action.
Depending on the question and my intimate knowledge of the one who is asking it, I supplement my introduction with facts relevant to:
- the number of SFI registered affiliates;
- the size of the TripleClicks store, its ECAs and listed products;
- the diversity of the income streams
- the savings opportunities with the Pricebenders auctions
- the innovative approach of the Eager Zebra games.
In reply to questions that aim at SFI credibility, I talk about
- SFI history,
- its parent company,
- its long track record of success; and
- its worldwide reach.
Our confidence, enthusiam and knowledge of SFI and TripleClicks are the best arguments in answering questions, convincing prospects and bringing them to join
