Good day Gilbert,
This indeed is a hard nut to crack question as SFI affiliates is just a game of numbers.
Why I said so is based on my experience as some affiliates that have been put in the CSAs exchange pool have not logged on since they first joined or some days there after. Remember that some have signed up based on curiousity and didn't bother there after. But few cases, you might be indeed lucky to wake up some of the CSAs.
Steps that I have done personally to my CSAs in my country is to first look at their Homepage profile to view:-
1. Their Primary Language:- This is key for ease of communication. In otherwords, it is an ice breaker to break the silience and welcome such affiliate in his or her own primary language. That would bring excitement as the CSA will feel a sense of belonging and that he is communicating in the same Language unlike before qhen he had a different co sponsor.
2. A valid email address:- Why this is key, so that you can share tips, ideas and dissemminate information via a valid email address in his primary Language.
3. Communicating with the CSA with a valid email address, can now give you the opportunity of engaging them in team contests as the gift rewarded are incentives to motivate the affiliates and make them active.
Hope this information is useful.
