Developing a relationship with your local CSA (even PSA) is the first step to getting "their attention and engage them".

Share your goal with your team members so they are aware what your hopes are for not only your SFI business but for the CSA's/PSA's SFI business too.

it is important to be inviting and establish your presence with your down line members as open and being a "servant leadership".

Attempt to meet him or her in person since the

"I've received new CSAs from my country from the CSAI Exchange. How can I get their attention and engage them?"
Best regards and thank you
Here it is already easy part because you communicate with them in their own language. How to get the attention and engage them? Be sure to contact them in the mail, through SFI inbox, e-cards, offer them your assistance, explanations, advice and most of all should feel your support and you have to motivate them a kind word. I hope I helped

Well, I think this is great thing to become from Exchange Pool CSA’s from your country.
First of all, you should send to all of them a welcome letter to express your readiness for a healthy cooperation between you and them, and to explain to them that you are ready to help them in everything they need to know about SFI and TripleClicks in order that they can achieve the best results.
Good Luck!

Congratulations! You have new CSAs from your own country who, hopefully, speak your language (or at least a language you speak)! You can get their attention and engage them via any means they've left open for communication, whether it's e-mail, their favorite online chat program, or even on the phone, if they're willing. Being new CSAs, you can also filter for them in the Genealogy tool by their "assign date," and you can send a mailing specifically to them.

I am not sure what country you are from or if you speak a different language than English but imagine what a nice surprise it would be if they receive a mail from you in their own language!

Such a mail might just be what they needed. It is possible that their sponsor can not communicate with them effectively either or that their sponsor is not very active - that is why we have an upline - so that there is always somebody else to help if the 1st call (the sponsor) is not doing

Congratulations!

You now need to first engage them through personal email and the SFI mailers found here:
https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/CSAmailer1

Welcome them to your team and be sure to highlight the fact that you live in the same country while at the same time inviting them too contact you.
You can also attempt to contact them through social media like facebook or twitter and introduce yourself as their new Co-Sponsor!

Once you have their attention

This is an amazing and lucky if you can speak in their language with them. Then everything is easier. Everything can be explained verbally, over the phone or Skype, and you do not have to write and orally, this can be explained more. I think that you can do, as always, that they understand it and as quickly advancing to higher posty.Je need them to do promotion SFI, mention the benefits and opportunities in the future to have a steady income. Show them examples. Show them the possibility of shopping

When you received new CSAs from your country through the CSA Exchange, you send them Welcome E-Cards. What you wrote on your E-Cards will determine your success. The contents of your welcome message is crucial in getting their attention.

A simple and short welcome message with a hint of some excitement in your team's activities should be sufficient to arouse interest.

If you're lucky to get their attention, the next step would be how to engage them. If most of them will already

Good day Gilbert,

This indeed is a hard nut to crack question as SFI affiliates is just a game of numbers.

Why I said so is based on my experience as some affiliates that have been put in the CSAs exchange pool have not logged on since they first joined or some days there after. Remember that some have signed up based on curiousity and didn't bother there after. But few cases, you might be indeed lucky to wake up some of the CSAs.

Steps that I have done personally
