The only way you're going to be effective at recruiting one-on-one is to ask questions of your prospect. Don't be an interrogator - be conversational in tone.

Let them do the talking and you will then discover the best way to approach them about your opportunity.

Remember, no one wants a business for the sake of having a business. There is some need that needs to be solved by having a business.

Be comfortable with how well you know SFI, trying to anticipate the questions a person might ask after you have presented your information. Have some friends or family ask you whatever questions they can think of, then compose answers. Do research if you need to, so you will have a good, clear answer to give.

Talk to your potential recruit as though you know them well (whether you do or not), be comfortable within yourself, as this will be picked up by them, and will help them relax
