Since SFI is an international business, it really pays to gain affiliates from everywhere. It doesn't matter if they speak English or not, because SFI has provided a translator and Google Translate is also available.

Gaining the maximum income from sponsoring affiliates from all over the world is key to moving your entire team in the business. It is critical, because your desire should be to help everyone possible to earn income and to move from lack to abundance. For this reason,

SFI is a global business. So why limit yourself by just prospecting only from your country. Expand your earning opportunities online worldwide.

The most lucrative way to earn fat monthly commissions up to 6-figure or more in SFI is to tap the jewel of its compensation plan…. the TC Executive Pool bonus! How to do that? You need to work on team building and duplication aggressively and passionately. So you need to increase the number of PSAs and CSAs in your downline by recruiting

As the sayings go...the more the merrier, and the world is your oyster...

Go world wide!

I look at my PSA's and CSA's. If I only had affiliates from home, I would have under 10. As it stands, I have just over 1000.

I have just finished compiling a message to one affiliate and I used the google translator to change it to Indonesian. There are always going to be ways around the communication barriers. I had a problem a few weeks ago, popped the question in the forum

As we know, SFI was created to allow anyone from everywhere in the world with a computer and Internet access the opportunity to build his own SFI business and tap into the worldwide e-commerce phenomenon with fantastic potential for developing a residual income.

With this in mind, your prospect should come from all the world, as prospecting people locally will limit your success of finding serious and quality affiliates that will become your partners in building a successful and profitable

It might be easier for you to get started recruiting if you stay with your countrymen, but by all means, do not be afraid to recruit from other countries as well!:))

Language and cultural differences can be a little problematical, but trying is the way we learn. I would recommend you start with your country, then others that are nearby, then a little further away, and then... There's the whole world!!:)))

As you successfully recruit, you will become more comfortable with using

Even though it is good to recruit PSA's from your own country, never stop there! Having a wide variety of nationals is the way to go! This greatly enhance the dynamics of your team and your efforts in the long run.

Note: Having all your PSAs being from your country would mean that youe entire team has all the same limitations.

eg. I live in Jamaica, if all my PSAs are Jamaican and live in Jamaica then we are all under the restriction of limited paypal usage, same search engine

Thanks for the good question Anjela.

When prospecting for affiliates I always consider the following:

1. Prospects should be looking for internet work, would like to work from home or are interested in earning a second income.

2. Prospects have time to work or will create time and or investment for extra earnings.

3. You do not know which affiliates are more interested in internet marketing and who are more likely to progress well until you engage them.

Prospecting is one of the most important activities for growing your SFI business and certainly you would want to prospect locally. There are many advantages to local prospecting to include the following:

1. Local team collaboration. If your prospects are from your hometown, then you can meet at a local conference center and you can share your SFI progress with your team in real time. If someone doesn't understand how to do something you can just show them! In the 21st century,
