If you are EA2, you have pretty much understood what this business is all about or at least the broad concept.
The best thing in my opinion is to focus on "Team Building" and do everything possible to increase your recruitment of affiliates(PSA's) and shopping members(PRM's) simultaneously.
The PSA's will help you in your team building measures while the PRM's will provide you with the cushion by bringing in some quick bucks.
Remember, Team Building is your ultimate goal

Now your goal should be sponsoring more affiliates and bring them to EA2 as well.
Then when you have enough EA2 affiliates, u should aim to become Bronze Team Leader (BTL) and so on. You can look up the marketing methods and aids provided by SFI or you can be more creative in thinking ways to sponsor new affiliates. I strongly recommend you to blog, get ranked by google and that will be your long term way on sponsoring affiliates.Thanks

As an SFI Executive Affiliate Two (EA2), you have done great and you still need to do more to achieve a better result.

Your first objective should be to make sure you are doing what is necessary to maintain your EA2 status. Your team will continue to grow and you can work towards becoming a team leader but maintaining EA2 is a very important next objective. Ladders should be taken one rung at a time or you might fall so you can Aim High and Dream Big but do not lose sight of each objective.

Next goal is to become a team leader .
The safest and easiest way is to build tim.To be accomplished by the need to find 5 direct members and teach them to do the same as you.
Duplication is established for sure success .

It should teach the members how to take regular daily, weekly and monthly actions.Teach them how to successfully advertise and to advertise products .

Great question, My suggestion would be have a Standing order monthly that gives you 1500 vpoints, every month you do not need to stress about getting your points to requalify. Then make sure your Leadership page is updated, and use the training in SFI, rules of success, and follow that to move to the next level. The more knowledge you gain and apply to your business you will grow.

You next objective is to be EA2 again and every month thereafter, for a lifetime of enjoyment of the benefits of being EA2 !
Unless of course if You aspire to be a Team Leader, and what that means is more work and investment for You, and of course more benefits for You too.
So, how do You fulfill it. Then just do whatever You have been doing to achieve EA2, and keep doing that every month.

Hello!

There are two ways to move on:
1. Stay EA to be an example for your team and have 2 new CSA monthly and focus on earning money for your SO until active PSA show up.
2. Become BTL and remain one until you go higher level. In this case you do all your SFI actions and guide your team members to do the same.

EA2 is just another fasting when you action. It needs to build your team, advertising, play games, participate in auctions, sales and purchases, write a new PSA that you get and it is not an easy job, because you can not force anyone to operate according to your liking. It would be ideal if everyone immediately understood and followed the success of its sponsors. But not every sponsor is willing to confide and anything to your rapid success of the deal.
