You must provide your PSAs/ CSAs with a gift that would last for the whole life.
Although money (cash certificates), TCredits, Assignment of good affiliates can be considered good gifts for your PSAs/CSAs but how long and much would you be able to give is the real questions.

There goes a story like this:

You give a fish (fried/curry/or roasted) plus rice of course, to a hungry man. It will serve a purpose of feeding him for only one meal on that particular day. In stead of feeding him daily, it would be better to teach him how to fish. So that he can fill his stomach every day himself. The same thing applies to SFI.

TEACHING/DUPLICATION IS THE BEST GIFT

1. As soon as someone joins you, send him a nice welcome e-card message with a suitable image.

2. Setting up communication with your PSAs/ CSAs is very important otherwise you best gifts are not going to reach him

3. Send him/her 5 TCredits as applicable to get started for playing EZ Games and have fun.

4. Emphasize upon logging him/her daily to gain 15 VPs daily.

5. Teach him how to make a blog and start marketing SFI/TC/EZ Games gateways

6. You can send him Gift Cards at the end of the month if he/she regularly logs in & earn VPs.

7. Tell him/her to go through information given on all the tabs. Learning is key to success, as they say ‘Leaders are Readers’

8. Teaching your downline to duplicate your actions is as good as making a strong foundation for your business.

9. If you have lot of active affiliates under you, you can start assigning them to your good movers.

Currently, for new PSAs the following are available:

1. Cash (CW) Welcome:

- You can offer $1 (at the cost of 2 TCredits) to your new sign ups upon their Registration.
- By knowing that they receive this on becoming an affiliate, which will be credited to their Account
in the following month, they will be highly motivated to get on with confidence.
- This way the possibility of getting more and more active PSAs will be high.
- It all depends on your affordability;

2. TCedits (TW) Welcome:

- Here, instead of cash, you can offer TCredits to your new sign ups (PSAs);
- You can decide on the quantity/upper limits, etc;
- But the disadvantage will be, the new sign up may not be aware of the value of TCredits;
- Unless the new affiliate remains active, the usability of TCredit may not be well understood;

What can be done, then?

a) For new PSAs, I would suggest offering Cash Welcome Gifts;
b) Once they become active/strong and reach higher levels, depending upon the situation, you
can offer them TCredits or Gift Certificates;
c) For new & performing CSAs, it is advisable to offer TCredits or Gift Certificates (with a specific
validity)

Conclusion:

1. Once you get your new PSAs/CSAs, please offer them these;
2. Please establish good rapport, relationship & bonding quickly through your timely support;
3. Become & remain their trustworthy friend;
4. Keep monitoring their performance &
5. Offer them appropriate gifts at regular intervals (like TCredits/Gift Certificates/E-Books/

How about a gift that will benefit your PSAs and CSAs, for the rest of their active lives with SFI, benefit the affiliates your first generation may sponsor, to the same extent, and benefit you as well, similarly?

It is easy to give them tangible gifts such as Gift Certificates, Tcredits, S-Builder Co-op membership. We are encouraged to do all the above. Such gifts will have a positive impact right away

But, the most valuable gift we can bestow on our team members is, from the get go, to help them see all the possibilities SFI offers, open their eyes on the big picture of building a strong team, help them grasp the lifetime benefits that derive from it and mentor them to duplicate those teachings with their own teams.

This is the gift that will continue giving as long as people in our downline continue to share it.

When we do this task very well, our PSAs and CSAs will reap unlimited gains, both tangible and intangible, that will last all their lives. When they duplicate our teachings, their own affiliates will benefit from such a gift. My suggestion is this:
There is no greater welcome gift than your PSA/CSA greeting.
Making a stranger feel welcome home is the greatest gift a person can give someone.
Welcoming your new affiliate into SFI and your team is the greatest gift, for that is where your relationship and your success begins.
Giving them Tcredit or GC is like bribing them to work. To sustain their work, you'll have to keep giving them to make them active.
Why are you rewarding them? Which work have they done? Whose business is it: Yours or Theirs?
How would you know the actual reason of their being active? It is like being paid to click on adverts which doesn't yield lasting results.
Once your gifts end, so also their activeness.
Then giving them TC or GC at the beginning is sending a wrong signal to them about SFI, reporting what is not.
We all came to make money and work hard to get paid and we love it not because we were given anything, but the great opportunity that SFI offers. I believe you should concentrate on that.
Give them a tour of how SFI works and how much they could earn, using your success story has a motivating factor and you have stirred them up in the right direction.

When SFI introduced the TW and CW programs it sort of solved the problem of what to do and what to give to encourage new PSAs and CSAs to get started.

Although I have yet to see how successful this program is going to be, I think giving 5 TCredits or the $1 Cash as a welcome gift is really clever.

Not only does it convey friendship and warmth but it also shows how generous Affiliates are to encourage new members to explore TC and browse through the thousands of products on offer, and to use the TCredits to bid at PB auctions and to try out the many exciting Eager Zebra games for fun and excitement.

We can also offer Gift Certificates in small denomination to encourage them to get started with a nice feeling of having been given a gift. Everyone loves receiving gifts, and Gift Certificate is something they can redeem at our TC store. This will give them a clear view of how SFI business works, that it is built around an environment of a balanced work and pleasure with friendly and generous affiliates.

I personally suggest the following:

1. Introduce yourself and with your experience and rank reached in SFI.

2. Award them (as soon as they join) with 5 or 10 TCredits to get them started on Eager Zebra Games or bidding.

3. Gift them with 20 dollars to buy a New Member Pack (silver). If they have money, they can become even GOLD (NMP) of their own.

4. A wisely written e-card message can prove to be a great gift.

5. Advise them to go through “Getting Started”, SFI Basics and carefully read the lessons of “LAUNCH PAD”

6. Send them tips on how to advertise their Gateways of SFI and TC.

7. Suggest them to become an ECA for earning more income.

8. Suggest them to make their own blogs or website to Market and advertise the SFI, TC, Eager Zebra Games gateway banners to be installed on them.

9. Suggest them to join Social Media Network like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, APSense and others to make lot of friends.

10. Now they can advertise all their SFI/TC gateways on these Social Media Network.

11. Advise them to join few good Safe Lists and advertise daily on then FREE.

12. Let them join some Traffic Exchange Websites to promote all their gateway links on them FREE.

The most and inexpensive way to welcome your PSA and CSA is through a recognition and introduction to get to know each other. It is like our new acquaintances which we exchange conversation aside from ideas and strategy in building SFI business but also to develop a relationship that bonds between them. You have to welcome them with all your guidance to the rest of SFI career. Honesty by means of what kind of person are you and how did you start your career in SFI. By this means your PSA and CSA will recognize you without demand of gift from you. I know there are lots of gifts and bounty for our PSA and CSA as a reward. You invest money the higher the chance of PSA and CSA they will continue SFI career.

For me the welcome gift which will deliver possible PSA and CSA in this career is by means of presence. This is similar to the light and shadow, which is the shadow represents as your "PSA and CSA" while the light represents you "the sponsor". Shadow will not appear without the presence of light. A light as a symbol of hope and a guide on your path towards a successful career here in SFI.
