I am pretty new in this business. But I felt that is absolutely necessary to keep a permanent contact with my CSA and PSA. I send daily CAS / PSA mail to inform them by the changes or to keep them informed about the news in the business.
I send them my message about my availability to help them with any problem.
In this way I check my active partners.
So I concentrate the effort with those actives guys.
But I dont forget about the others. Some times they respond and become active.
They have to know their sponsor (co) is available permanently.
I congratulate them when they do a job or for any event.
They will appreciate your effort soon or later.
Keep being a leader and a friend in the same time. You will not regret ever.

SFI already explains a lot about the program and everyone who joins did so because they want to make money online.
The best thing I've ever done to make my team realize the potential earnings is by putting together a basic chart that explains the potential monthly income and a strategy (the same strategy I use) to build such an income.
Note: The strategy explained in the presentation is extremely actionable so the new affiliate has no confusion whatsoever on what to do after reviewing my explanation.
This almost always results in an active referral.

A hobby is something you do in your spare time just for some fun. But with dedication you can always change that into a great opportunity and become successful.
You have some free time daily so why not use it in a productive (and in the same time fun) way!
By example, maybe you have a bad habit (drinking to much coffee, eating to much sugar or junk food or something else). Just give up your bad habits, it's good for your health and for your budget. Use those money you save in this way to grow your business. It's easy to save and you do not need so much to invest in SFI. Plus there are so many free tools to support your investment.
Use your money and your time wisely and you might discover how lucky you are!

Secondly, what is really important, is that you lead by example. Log in every day & be seen to be working for example, leave messages on the Stream Post every day. I know you only get VP for 3 per week, but your affiliates will see you ACTIVE daily.

with the recent development in SFI, SFI has made another landmark and milestone that has given it a serious business and earning attitude.
Another thing is, it depends on how you relate hobby to work. What do i mean? For instance, if someone's hobby is reading and writing, this person has a potential of earning from that hobby.
How you present SFI to people will determine whether they will see it as a hobby or as a serious business.
Even SFI creates a hobby time for us through games and still attach seriousness of earning prizes to it.

Some people's hobby is purchasing online and browsing the internet, how do you present SFI to this people? You present SFI to them by relating their hobby to SFI's earning power and pulling the seriousness and the earning power of the business to them. That way they turn what they love doing best and enjoy to work and they see the seriousness and the earning power of the business and in the business.

This is a good question. The best way to get affiliates to understand that SFI is a serious business is to get them to take a good look at the compensation plan. This show a steady growth potential with minimal expense an effort. I say minimal expense because like any business there has to be some expense, but with SFI the expense can be low. Also, to help affiliates understand better how serious this business is, let them know from the outset that success is not guaranteed overnight and that is good because a business that sky rockets quickly will just as quick go plummeting to ground. And that SFI is now in it's 18th year just proves that.

I think they have to be serious about getting into business themselves a lot of people have no ideal what networking marketing is, explaining what kind of business SFI is and telling them about the history of the company and they can earn while they learn and let them know it's a serious business and not a fly by night pie in the sky thing. some people that wants to make fast money is not going to come on board anyway that's the good thing about SFI a lot of people join every day so we all are going to go though a lot of people to get to the one's that wants to take a chance and learn the business but this is a certain kind of business and going to take certain kind of peoples to take it serious.

If you really believe that yourself, it will come across to your listener. There is nothing like passion for something that you believe in to become contagious!
Give them the REASONS you see SFI as a serious Business. I could list MY reasons, but they will want to know YOUR reasons. Have you identified them? Write them down. Keep your reasons in a file and send it to every new member!

You can help new affiliates understand the way to build their business by letting them know all the ways they can connect to you.Then suggest they use the Community Forums for detailed help 24/7.
By keeping your Team Leader position, they will take you seriously and learn by your example.
Make sure you use Stream Post to give detailed help on advertising,putting up a blog/website for the Social Communities and ways to get new referrals.
