In the global economy, different countries rely on the dollar to transact business both online or offline thus making it a legal tender.

Again, with the fall in oil price and countries solely dependent on the oil and gas sector were affected and the rising price in dollar became out of reach for individuals.

Most third world countries that are not advanced like the USA, United Kingdom, Canada etc have had an equal share in the rate in which dollar in exchange for their currency is a bit high thus, individuals in such countries are discouraged making purchases on Tripleclicks or any online stores.

As my country is amongst the third world countries and with my own level of experience in handling some of your affiliates equally faced with this is to ensure:-

1. You have a list of ECAs of the country in which your affiliate is from which will make product delieved within the shortest possible time, knock off cost of shipping and benefit from ECA offers.

2. With the ECA information, contact details etc, the affiliate can pay in his/her local currency hereby eliminating the dollar value payment for product.

3. As good sponsors, we can still assist such affiliate if we notice a form of commitment, dedication and eagerness to acheive success in their business with a gift certificate. This is to scentised and encourage them in making purchases at Tripleclicks.

Encouraging such affiliates isn't easy but with proper guidance, assistance and motivation, we can encourage them to make purchases or refer people to their affiliate link to make purchases and commissions got be used to grow their business.

If your affiliates think that TripleClicks products are a little on the expensive side - too expensive to easily promote to others and too expensive to buy themselves - this is what you can suggest they do:

1. Promoting TripleClicks Products to Others

a) Encourage your affiliates to promote not only TripleClicks products to others, but also the benefits of being a TripleClicks member - the games, auctions (and the Your Choice Dropshipping), TCredits, and Member Rewards Points.

b) Remind your affiliates that they not only earn commissions when a PSA, CSA, or PRM of theirs purchases something at TripleClicks, but that when a PRM purchases something at TripleClicks they also earn VersaPoints.

2. Buying TripleClicks Products Themselves

a) Remind your affiliates that they not only get the product but that they also get VersaPoints.

b) Remind your affiliates that they not only get the product and VersaPoints, but that they also get MRP.

c) Remind them that they can get 25 VersaPoints for reviewing a product they've purchased at TripleClicks.

d) Remind them that by purchasing products at TripleClicks they are helping increase the Executive Pool - which means more earnings for everyone, and thus happier and harder-working affiliates in their team, and thus more earnings for themselves.

e) Remind your affiliates that they can win, earn or buy TCredits, that they can use at Pricebenders auctions to try win a product at an excellent price or that they can select a Gift Certificate as their won item instead, that they can use at TripleClicks to get a product of their choosing or that they can use via Your Choice Dropshipping to get a product of their choosing at Amazon.

f) Locate similar products elsewhere that are more expensive or only slightly cheaper than those at TripleClicks and, giving links to both items, give this information to your affiliates.

g) Remind your affiliates that if they themselves purchase TripleClicks products, it sets a good example - if they want their own team to purchase TripleClicks products, they should be too.

Once upon a time I used to look at the cost of TC products, compare them to the same products elsewhere and, not exactly despair, but certainly wonder how these ECAs could possibly think they were going to sell too many of them BUT then I changed my thinking. Now as an SFI business owner I actively look for products that are going to benefit me, usually by 'rewarding' me with more VP, for purchasing them. Once you start doing that, you'll find yourself automatically calculating what it would cost you to get those additional VP by other means compared to the extra few $$s you'd be paying for this "costs a little bit more than other ECAs or elsewhere" item.

As an example, I have been looking at luggage scales and for an extra $2 or $3 I can purchase one from an ECA who offers 3 times the number of VP than other ECAs. Well worth the few extra bucks in my view. And as an aside to this, when I decided I wanted a set of luggage scales, the first place I went looking was TC. Sure, I can get those same scales for a lot less and a lot faster from other online platforms BUT doing that wouldn't be investing in MY business. Furthermore, I'd need to spend that money in SFI anyway, or find another way, to get those same VP. So I figure why not kill two birds with one stone by buying something I need AND getting the VP I also need.

This is the type of 'transfer buying' mindset you need to start a) developing yourself and b) developing in your team. Sure, it may not help them sell luggage scales in particular to the general public but it WILL certainly help them build their own business. Think TC Executive pool, sales VP and so on....!

Another way to motivate your affiliates is by showing them all the unique, handmade products that are available at TC. Many of these items are not available anywhere else in the world; they are TC EXCLUSIVE products! What price do you put on such exclusivity and on that 'one of a kind' type of product?? So present TC to them as a high class boutique shopping mall with dozens and dozens of specialist retailers offering high quality products they will not find anywhere else online. There are plenty of customers out there who prefer to patronize this type of quality retailer over the mass produced chain stores; your job is to find those customers and promote TC to them.

Or you can advise your team to start actively looking for, and recruiting, ECA's in their own locality. 'Click and collect' is now a very popular way of shopping - all the big grocery chains and supermarkets in particular are doing it. You order and pay online, then go pick up your purchase from the retailer. Or you may find that local ECAs are quite happy to provide a local delivery service for a small fee. This avoids shipping fees, currency exchange rates, long delivery times and all those other little things that people use as an excuse to shop elsewhere.

Obviously there are always going to be some products in TC that will be unfeasible from a cost perspective for many people outside the ECA's area or country to purchase BUT if you (or your team) think some of those products are worth having, find a local business that does, or is prepared to, offer similar products. Or become an ECA yourself ....

So to answer your question - there are any number of ways to motivate your team to stop being discouraged by the world economy's impact on the cost of products at TC. Start by changing your, and their, mindset. Once you've done that successfully, you'll be amazed at just how much opportunity you'll find to promote TC products both within your team and to the general buying public. Opportunities that get around the 'it's too expensive at TC' mindset that ultimately ends up contributing to our competitors' pockets.

First of all, we need to be convinced that world’s economy does play a role in the quality of every one’s life.

While the we see the tendency to increase prices of all of common man’s normal day to day essentials the one thing that does not increase in proportion is one’s salary and income.

At the same time, when we see a boom in the world economy still the prices that got increased earlier do not have proportionate decrease.

This is a fact hard to digest.

However, we should realize that TripleClicks does not keep increasing the prices frequently and that certain options like purchase against MRP, TCurrency, etc still exists without any upward adjustments barring few items.

Please gather a list of items available with TripleClicks & elsewhere, prepare a price comparative chart, see the results and share it with your Team Members. Let them be aware of the facts.

Then, check if these items are available with any of the ECAs in your own Country/Region/Local Area. Check the local prices and high light advantages like:

1. Quick Delivery;
2. Free Delivery (with Nil or Negligible Delivery Charges)
3. Payment by Local Currency;
4. Replacement Options (for defective items);

Check & understand the purchase nature of your affiliates (within your Team) in your Country.

Have a list of their monthly requirements. Check if these are available with TripleClicks including Local ECAs. Help them to buy from there. This way, they can meet their Monthly Requirements and the VersaPoints required to meet their Affiliate Ranks.

Make them realize through this Transfer Buying that they do not incur any additional expenditure.

Further, in case you have a Standing Order for TripleClicks products, show them that the price remains the same.

The best way to convince your affiliates is to make your :Purchases visible to them. On the other hand, if you do not have a Standing Order or proof of your purchase then it will be very difficult to convince them.

Everything depends on you and your abilities to speak to them. If you enjoy a very good rapport-relationship with them, it will be all the more easier, because they will trust you with all their heart.

Well I believe in the power of a positive outlook. I would encourage my team by helping them find products that not so costly that are for sale right in our TripleClicks store.

Everyday there is a big sale on products in our TripleClicks store. Using the Advanced search you can find most of them easily. There are also ECA's and member listing that allow people to make an offer and purchase the item for less.

If investing in Tripleclicks is the real issue break out the compensation plan and then do the math on all the benefits from investing and the potential earnings investing will bring.

One valuable thing to remember is that SFI affiliates enjoy Rank building VP and Member Reward Points from all of their purchases. All of these benefits can add up to a substantial savings on the products we purchase as we build our business. The last time I factored in all the benefits from a $36.25 T credit purchase and then discovered I could purchase items from TripleClicks with T credits and member reward points and then accounted for the earnings for the 1500 VP even without a single active affiliate under me the total savings and rewards would buy me at least a $17.00 Item or items with free shipping.

But I challenge myself to go one step further.....Get the item or items for $17 for 60 percent off their retail price which is a savings. When you get excited that you accomplished this let your team know you found a bargain and they can too.

Do a little research and you can find these great deals and show them to your team, promote them on your blog or website or add them with like items to your collection page and promote that page. Selling, promoting and buying products at TripleClicks is what SFI affiliates do.

The most important thing to stress to our affiliates is that there are people out there seeking products without fear of the costs. Very often they are seeking the higher quality versions of popular products like a Black Leather Wallet instead of a Plastic Wallet

I believe your approach on costs of TripleClicks costs could be powerful when considering import and shipping fees, ok? When we must remember the importance of good ECAs we could have in every countries where we have Affiliates outside USA and Canada! Where acquire regularly home and personal cares and cleaning products is easiest for the matter than in other countries. This lines products have a relatively economical cost-benefit per unit and practical uses.

On every other products, depending of specific shipping costs and applied import fees, there is no doubt we could see TripleClicks potential sales in a better way done for well-heeled or economically powerful Affiliates who could pay mentioned fees so having in mind their Team Leaders status, shares commissions personal potential incomes just rich for cover some costs and also investment procedures to achieve status progress with associated VersaPoints in result of good products acquisitions even with extra costs.

On world economy context, I don't see it just determinant on TripleClicks prices and our personal reasons to consider it as some interesting options in our usual needs as customers. When we have a reality by that every qualified Affiliate have shares rights on all TripleClicks sales profits. On our own orders also earning VersaPoints and MRPs, and on our team and linked promoted goods, and ECAs and PRMs sold ones.

For so many Affiliates, basic need is necessarily TripleClicks high prices in comparison to other world sellers. But budget to in their first times in the company maintain some Standing Orders covering TCredits, home or personal cares goods and duplication and marketing items like S-Builder Co-op or PSAs to Go.

So, motivate our Affiliates when we have all this factors could be done by our incentives/rewards improvements, own sample on regular activity from that we can earn cash, credits and prizes, and teachings on how work this business despite budget restrictions. World economics is a very big subject. Every single manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer, vendor, consumer, laborer, advertising venue, supplier, utility provider , and every other provider has a part in shaping world economics. Your affiliates are affected by world economy every place they shop.

Yes, there are also micro-climates in economy, too. Some countries can produce goods at very low cost. Some countries pay more for the raw materials, labor, real estate or rent, and therefore need to sell at higher prices. Some countries have very expensive shipping costs.

The prices at TripleClicks are set by the ECAs. These people know what they pay for their goods, and they know how much of a profit they need to get in order to make a living and to stay in business. The ECAs mostly are doing that. Pricing so they will make some profit. If they go too high, then you need to contact them to be more in line with their price. They may be doing their math incorrectly. Give them some sane suggestions. Some seem afraid to ask for any profit. They will not be in business for long. Remember, they are not in business to do us a favor greater than providing us with a place to earn VP when we buy what we need. They must make some money or they fold and get a job.

Teach your affiliates a little about supply and demand and world economics and ask them to start an ECA store themselves. Really get them thinking about the whole process.

Is that always an excuse blaming the economy? When we fail the first thing we do is blame the economy or others. What part of the world do you live? I am not asking you this in a bad way but to look around your surrounding.

People have money they just don’t know their priorities, Look restaurants always packed with people, stadiums, concerts, movie theaters, shopping malls, to mention a few, the revenue is by millions, the economy didn’t stop them form going to these places right ?.
Yet when it comes on one thing that will shape up our future life we have no money to invest or buy and sell the products and instead we blame the economy.

Even the ones always say they have no money and complain own one of the expensive smart phones and gadgets.

So no discouragement on that part, instead emphasize, if they have that kind of frame of mind to snap out of it, there is always some kind of problem around the world at any give time and things never getting better if we depend on some out come, but we are the only
One can change ourselves, no one will do it for us.

Remember even if the economy rebound, and everything become normal our living standard will not change by that much because the cost of living also rise up respectively, so we will be in the same boat.

Learn priorities, budget to invest in the business, what they built now will be economy proof
For years to come.

Tell them to look further, what it means to their future and family, make them to recognize where they were five years ago, and where they are now, and if they continue the way they are, where they going to be in the next five years, if there is no change or gotten worse, I think it is time for them to wake up and face the reality.

Don’t be dragged by negative attitude, stay and think positive, only your thought and approach either direction change their attitude and outlook as well.

With the economy as it is, and with the exchange rate against the USD, some currencies are at a disadvantage.

Your affiliates might want to start getting active. They might want to start transfer buying. But the exchange rate does not allow them to be too extravagant. After all, a small value in USD might be a big value in the local currency.

Hence guide them to their local ECAs. Best if that ECA also stock products that are consumables like coffee, tea, toothpaste, shampoo and such. After all, these are the things that they will be buying no matter what. So if they are really interested in getting active with SFI, start them with this.

Perhaps the ECA can even start stocking special packages. I mean if buying items one by one might be a bit expensive, combine together several items for a grocery pack 1, grocery pack 2 with a lower price than if bought individually. This might convince the affiliates even further to do their transfer buying. After all, without extra expense, they are already building their business.

Actually, I have been facing the same problems, thinking and finding solution to solve this situation.
Working and sleeping with it daily, drives me to come out with an idea.

Well, what do you know..! I've got good results from it.
Learning every thing from our CEO, from the Basics, getting started, Launchpad, Rules of Success, Internet Income and duplicating strategy. This becomes our normal discussions, daily.

Most of the time, we the leaders are the ones to create a topic as a Subject of Discussions.
Discussions will enhance communications. Treat them nicely full of respect, and once they begin to like us, they begins to build trusts.

And Yes, most feedbacks I get about their un-active and irregular logs-in is because of their economy's impact. Some of them wants to make purchase at Tripleclicks but their financial difficulties holds them back.

Learning to understand them and appreciate their existence and communications, I decided to create contests and rewards them valuable gifts. Wow..!

This theory is so far my latest answer to this question.
It works for me this time.. But will still explore more strategies soon..

With the positive results, I see more activity now, only I just cant afford to stay on the computer 24hrs.
Need to go for work and fund my business up..
Means, more Capital to fund more rewards to improve my team's activity.
