How long should I pursue inactive PSAs/CSAs with emails, e-cards, etc. before giving up on them?

Since these people stay on the Roll for a year, I would use 1 year as your answer. Giving up on them before they are gone should not be considered.
Concentrate on those that have whitelisted SFI, and those that whose "last log-in" date is later than their "Join" date. These people have at least indicated "some" interest.
My suggestion is to never give up on your PSAs or CSAs, although it seems pointless to support someone who is not there. Include them at least in your weekly team mails. It does not mean anything to you, but maybe someday they return to SFI to continue with work and your advices might be useful for them.
A Team Leader/Sponsor can pursue an inactive Personally Sponsored Affiliate/s (PSAs)/Co-Sponsored Affiliate/s (CSAs) as long as the said Affiliate/s is still in his/her Genealogy. It is defined in the SFI rules.
If and when the said Affiliate's name could not be found on the Team Leader's/Sponsor's Genealogy, the Team Leader's/Sponsor's right to pursue will also stop.
Hello!
There is no need to pursue no one. Send your team mails weekly and send e-cards only if you have a reason to do - Welcome someone or if he/she became EA. Don't try to chase someone who doesn't really care to understand the business you are in. If there are questions explain as best as you can.
Don't give up on your people, do what you do as a leader - be by their side not only in words but also in actions. Don't divide your team in Active and Inactive. Do what you should and think you have to do as a person, friend and mentor.

If you're looking for a specific, quantified answer, I'd suggest giving each person a year and a day, because by the end of that year, they will have likely either opted out or decided to be active. Of course, if you have many such affiliates, making many individual efforts can take up a great deal of time. By that point, you may want to use mass-mailings, as can be done using your Genealogy tool.

Hello Kevin,
Thank you for your question.
True, we should take the time to help people in our team. Every member is important, every member deserves our help and support. But, I think, that for everybody is better, that we stop wasting time with people who do not respond, stop wasting your valuable time for those, who have no serious purpose. I prefere the time given to finding new, serious working people. Then they will awaken also the existing members in your team.
I wish you all the best and winning team

Hi brother my answer for this question is : never giveup and never getdown try and try mybe if they see that you are active and your state is valeud and you get they come back to work on the site web again
for CSA's there is CSA'S pool exchange go change it there and the PSA's you can reasing it to you downline or just keep send theme messages until SFI pull theme out of the programe
and i hope that's help you
I do not think the word 'pursue' is right, but I would prefer 'keeping in touch'. Sending one team mail weekly is not too much. It is not a good thing to give up on your PSAs/CSAs because some of them might not be active today, but become active several months later. Just keep the flag flying and send them motivational emails ones weekly. Do not give up on them!
Very good question!
Rather than " how long ?" to "pursue " inactive affiliates,
perhaps you should consider "often " ?
Why do I say this?
In my opinion ,sending too many reminders will wear out those
who may be inactive, not because they really want out, but are inactive because the SFI business model does not make economic sense to them.
Concentrating on that category,I would periodically forward to them
SFI news items that are likely to capture their interest and thus entice them to be active once more.

Dont waste too much time on them
Someone who is interested in a job will work every day,the other one's who are not so much interested not.
Try to explain them what benefits they can have from SFI and show them with your personal example how you work and if they are interested they will follow your lead if not they won't do anything here.
