The best way to train your PSAs and CSAs is to spoon-feed them.
While some may say that spoon-feeding affiliates with exceptionally detailed information and with lengthy but simple step-by-step procedures may discourage their independence, I disagree.
You are teaching your affiliates. You are training your affiliates. Once they have followed your detailed and easy-to-follow instructions, they will have learned to do something. They will now be independent.
Should they already know what you are teaching them, then they can use what you provide them with to teach their own affiliates who may require the information.
Should you be concerned that your affiliates may feel offended by the simple step-by-step instructions and other detailed information you provide them with, simply inform them that they can use the information for their own affiliates too, and that they should tell their affiliates the same thing. There will be some affiliates in your team, or in the teams of your affiliates, who will need to be spoon-fed, so why overlook them?
To be in a position to spoon-feed your affiliates you need to first be sure that you yourself understand everything about SFI. Then proceed to spoon-feed.
