What is the best way to train my PSAs and CSAs?

Best way to train PSAs and CSAs depends mainly on how far they will be responsive to Sponsor / Co sponsors welcome letters. If they are having a positive attitude to our welcome letters, then they should be guided to read SFI basics or the video. Then to read the30 Launchpad lessons daily without rushing through it all in one day to obtain versa action Points. The answer to this question is going to depend on you, your teaching style, and what you've learned about SFI. For example, if you're new, and you're one of those people building a downline rapidly, you're likely not to have the experience built up to teach by example, so your best option is to use existing tools and videos. This is a very good question.

You can train them by leading by example. They will see by your webpage and your badges what you are doing and that if they follow what you teach them then they too can be successful.

Be consistent, do your daily tasks, and maintain a good level of communication with your downline.

Do all this and they should follow your example.

Duplication is the answer to a successful business.

The best way to train your PSAs and CSAs is to spoon-feed them.

While some may say that spoon-feeding affiliates with exceptionally detailed information and with lengthy but simple step-by-step procedures may discourage their independence, I disagree.

You are teaching your affiliates. You are training your affiliates. Once they have followed your detailed and easy-to-follow instructions, they will have learned to do something. They will now be independent.

You may want to ask this question directly to your PSA's and CSA's directly so you customize your efforts to their preference.

Training may be done by you showing them then they do the same;

Sharing a YouTube video on a topic that is complimentary to what SFI has provided;

Revisiting an article or training lesson offered by SFI and sharing the benefit with your team;

Encourage others to take the lead and learn from the experience.

There can be several trains of thought in attempting to answer this question for you. However, there is one rule of thumb that is undeniably a "best advice" item:

Duplication!

As you do, show your downline how to do!

Training is more a matter of showing, not telling. IMO, showing your downline what you are doing to become successful and recommending they follow your lead goes more to providing positive growth in your downlines success, and thusly, your own

The best way to train your PSAs and CSAs is to lead by example. They must to learn that if they want to success in SFI, they must work hard. They must to log in their SFI account every day and to do the actions from TO-DO list. They must keep advertising and bring new people here, I think it's the best way to earn by duplication. Also, they have to advertise products from tripleclicks, to generate sales.
Train your PSAs and CSAs the way as you were trained to success.

Well all I do is tell them to fellow SFI Rules To Success
Because that is the Duplication you want them to follow.
Gery Carson gives it out in a step by step plan and if you
follow it your make money in SFI.

I think the best way to train your PSAs and CSAs is to tell them to read, read and read information about SFI in order to understand how this business works because SFI has the best Training ever.

So, in your welcoming letter make sure that you emphasize on reading but then offer your help if they need any clarification.

The best way to train our PSAs and CSAs is by “walking the talk”. Every step that we take, they follow (follow the leader) because duplication is the name of the game. We cannot preach to them something and then do differently.

We should be able to direct them to where they can learn the ins and outs of our business. We must be responsive to their questions and concerns. This is how we can effectively train them without even realizing it.
