Hi, this is a good question. I will also contribute on top of what others have said.
In this case, to train you have to first show you are able to do what you want to train or you have a record that
shows to the PSAs/ CSAs that i have achieved this before it is not my first time. It does not have to end on I have done this before,
but you have to demonstrate i am still doing it now, even much better than before.
I think the best way to show this, is by your badges on your wall. For example if you want to train them on sponsoring their own PSAs,
this can be easily shown by your top enroller badge. Your PSAs/CSAs will try to pay attention to you and here what you would want
to train them about.
Sometimes PSAs/CSAs will learn from your badges and try to achieve what you have done also, this will give you an opportunity for them
to ask you how to get the badges on their profiles too. And now you will be excited to train them how to do it. If they achieve
the badge you helped them with, everytime they will keep on turning to your help because they now know my Sponsor
always have answers and solutions that work.
