Thanks for this question since many of us keep wondering why our team members are inactive.
For me, many of my PSA are struggling with investing their time and money, they think any time given to this with money spent may be a waste.
So in addressing these I do the following:
1: I tell them that any thing that will succeed need quality and quantity time.
2: Any one who do not send money on errand should not expect any return or growth at whatever they do.
3: I wouldn't be here as their sponsor if I haven't devote my time and invest in my business.
4: If they don't devote time and money how will they build their own team and tackle same if it occur in their team.
For my CSA, I am still at a loss as to what they are struggling with since none as ever acknowledge nor respond to my mail to them, until they do so, my fingers are still crossed.

From my experience thus far in response to this question is the difficulty with perception.
Affiliates want to see growth and commissions immediately as there is a perception that SFI is designed to be quick.
This notion causes frustration for affiliates and has been the reason for opting out.
I will respond to affiliates case by case then address the concern in aTeamMail message without using names. We often need to recognize that SFI is not going to be what we predict - SFI is a dynamic business that needs all of us to recognize what has been achieved.

It is obvious even us when we start SFI we struggle in the field which is the "curiosity and doubt" are emerged. Lack of knowledge to do accordingly. We encountered this if our sponsor do not have the effort of following up his downlines (CSA/PSA).
New affiliates struggle when financial burnout strikes and slowing them to stop and give up on what they have started.
To address this kind of situation to our affiliates, we must adhere and adopt to them the motivation and spirit to work with you even if the affiliates do not have the proper investment to grow SFI. Do not impute them the obligation to purchase which we all know that prospects losing interest if we put in front the obligation to purchase items.
There are so many ways to address affiliates with no obligation required for them. Just a spirit and motivation and be a good listener is the proper address that we must give to our struggling affiliates.
Do not feel them hopeless instead gave them hope and proper guidance.

One thing the affiliate struggle most is making time to login. First they are enthousiastic about everything they see and they can do, then it is to much reading(if you don't like reading they get lost) .
I tell them that i have struggle with the same isues and that i make time at the day only for SFI.(just starting with one hour).
Even i'm tired or stressed from work. To do SFI every day it gives you energy,it is fun and you got support if you have questions.
When you do this on a regular bases it becomes normal ,and after a while it is just like making a cup off coffee. But above all,it is a Business and that you have to learn.

I would say, my Affiliates struggles with getting their AVPs for the month inorder for them to maintain their Executive Affiliate (EA) Status.
I address this issue by suggesting to them to Setup a Standing Order of TCredit 125 Pack for them to ensure their EA Status every month without them doing anything on their to do list daily.
If in case they can't afford the SO option, I would suggest for them to take action to promote their SFI Gateway Links specially the Wave3 links and TripleClicks.com Featured Products because these actions will earn them AVPs, Sales VP, and Commissions without them doing the purchase.

Hello mate:
I humbly believe that the constant struggle of all the members is that their descendants AFF reach EA.
Why do I say this? Well, I think EA reaching one begins to see success open book much closer than I thought, this has an impact that makes the AFF is closer to the business and more interest, especially knowing that now has more ways to make money and succeed .....
And to succeed, "the Affiliate knows," you have to read and learn !!

The one thing affiliates struggle the most is uncertainity of their progress in business. By this, I mean, and I think only about daily active affiliates, that they can get discouraged by non-response to their efforts - advertising, daily connecting and fulfilling all the actions, promoting on all levels. The affiliate who performs all necessary actions and more, and after all that effort gets no active PSAs or CSAs, no sales, and no gain, will start to think about turning to some other prospects. The good sponsor and co sponsor should foresee such an outcome and prevent it by giving verbal and visible support, also by sharing hers/his own experiences and doubts, and ways for getting on top of them.

The hardest thing for affiliates to do is to get started. SFI has an ultra simplified SFI Basics page and I usually send this link to them in a ECard welcoming them to my team. I'd love to say that they feel the love . . .but most you never hear from which means they were paid to sign-up from a PTC or PTR site. I try to avoid this advertising like the plague and I don't recommend it to my team.
The rule of thumb is to work with the workers. When someone is serious about getting started then you can tell. They usually go ahead and become EA. It is so easy to do this using the concept of transfer buying. I always recommend that my team shops TripleClicks for items that they need it business and around the house. There is something for every budget so no needs to despair about getting started.

My affiliates struggle with burn out, because they want to get money quickly and in order to start earning they sometimes read articles too fast and burn out. So I set out what they will do in bite size pieces.
They also have problems logging in, so, I send emails put team mails up so they will see me everywhere they turn and i don't give up!
Some may have problems getting affiliates some of us are too frightened of rejection so we keep ourselves to ourselves. I tell them with anything called sales never give up! Doors will shut in your face but never stop knocking on doors. That's what i have been getting so far.
