I think that Affiliates struggle with two things. The first being communication. Communication is just so difficult as each country have their own “idioms” As an example, making a joke in one country can be classed as insulting in another country.

What I think should be done here is to send your emails in both English and also the Affiliates basic language. It’s a bit of trouble to go to but overall, if you want your business to work, then it is most definitely worth

Dear Max

The first and foremost problem is getting in touch with your PSA/CSA that should be resolved on priority. In my opinion, most of our downline PSAs and CSAs struggle to maintain a Standing Order.

HOW TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE

1. As soon as someone joins you – PSA/CSA; issue him/her 5/10 TCredits as appropriate.

2. If he/she is a fast mover, observe him/her till 20th of the month, then issue Gift Certificates to let him/her become an EA with

The one thing I think my affiliates struggle the most with is staying the course. If you apply yourself only a little it is easy to gain sign ups and prospects but getting them to stay with the program is so much harder.

Many people have become custom to a push button society. They think that if they sign up for something they deserve something in return without pouring themselves into what it really take to grow you SFI business.

Yes with investment you have the opportunity

To single out the 1 thing would really be in Team Leadership denial!
Cause there are always more then one thing your team members will with.

Choosing one thing to answer your question, I'd have to say reading everything & taking out time to study & learn it.
Some examples:
SFI abbreviations
Names: Psa, (Personally Sponsored Affiliate).
Csa ( Co-Sponsored sponsored Affiliates
Downline, your team members under you

Hi Great Question!
It amazes me often, but most of my Affiliates have problem with Login in
Daily. and do the very simple and effective TO DO List.

The other is Reading all the training and Instructions provided; so they can learn and understand how simple SFI truly is!
Lastly is Investing.

I address it, by giving them the tools here at SFI, they are tried and proven to work:
The SFI Rules, of Success spells it out clearly for us.

Most affiliates struggle with lack of money with which to grow their SFI business. When they join they are eager and can accumulate versa points fast and even become Executive Affiliates (EA). But after the first month it becomes difficult to accumulate enough versa points to qualify for EA status again without investing time and money. Some then become inactive. It is difficult to help these if you are not financially stable yourself but if you are you can send them gift certificates so that they

I think there are several things that new affiliates struggle with. The top two in my opinion are firstly how they get inactive PSAs to work and secondly haveing a limited amount of money to invest in their business.
For the first the only solution I can think of is to assure them that having inactive PSAs happens to all of us and to try to be patient, keep in touch with them, offer help if

In my opinion it is mostly because they do not understand what, how and where to do the steps they need to do.

If you can, write a blog explaining in detail what, where and how to do the things you should do daily, weekly and monthly, as well as the things you need to do only once. Copy parts of the pages you want to explain in more detail with numbered arrows to point out where, what and how.

It is easy to say everything is there just for reading, but many a prospect might

The question is interesting and a bit intriguing also:

When an Affiliate joins the SFI, he comes with a lot of his thoughts, some super imposed thoughts and certain beliefs. Thus, he is not just like that getting registered/joining. All the above types of thoughts will be weighing with him sometimes acting as loads or even I may say exercising dragging effect. Combined with them is the overwhelming effect of the information coming at a time from Sponsor/Co-Sponsor,SFI etc., With all

Hi Max!

I think there is not just ONE thing our affiliates are struggled with.

In my oppinion, most people do not realize that this job is a real job.

First, it is a little bit difficult to find new members. Some are already doing, have their jobs and they were relatively well. Those who do not work or are not accustomed to work, are afraid that they will have to start...it is true!

When we find a new member, we can only hope that he/she will understand
