From the very start, I see my communications with my PSAs in a larger agenda and a greater vision of team work, partnership and long-term relationships.

The welcome letter is only the first brick in the foundation of that long-term partnership. It should focus on building trust, friendship, and a sense of common interest. If we make the new affiliate feel welcome, understand that we have their best interest in mind, and the communication lines between them and us are always open, that

After completion of introductory part such as congratulation to join SFI, a short note about SFI/TC and its benefits to start an online business successfully – I always give the following tips to my PSAs as well as CSAs in my welcome letter

1) Whitelisting the email addresses of your Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, Upline Leaders, SFI, TripleClicks to receive valuable tips, advice, suggestion, information and important link time to time. It is most important to do first – otherwise all important

I would suggest that your first contact with your new team member have the sole purpose of introducing yourself and welcoming the individual to the team.

Give your new team member a day or 2 to get acquainted with navigating SFI. Then provide them little by little guidance. Starting with the LaunchPad lessons, to the VP ledger/To-Do list, talking of what steps to take if the team member is able or not able to invest in their business.

I say little by little because a new

The # 1. Tip you should offer your Psas is honesty!

From the get go, be honest about everything concerning the business.

SFI send out welcome letters to all! As a team Sponsor/Co-sponsor we should be doing the similar too.
Its our responsibly to add the fine toothing!

Examples:

Inform all team members that we all start from 0 each month.

Encourage them & teach them about staying above the green-line & just what the red &

In my welcome letter to my new PSAs, after welcoming them and introducing myself to them and explaining why they have made an excellent choice by joining SFI, I encourage them to do the following:

1. Go to SFI Basics.

2. Go to Start.

3. Do not move on until they understand the Basics.

4. Complete items on the VP Ledger and To-Do List.

5. I tell them to take their time, making sure they understand what they are reading.

6.

Welcome letter is a very good theme to attract new affiliates. There are two kinds of affiliates one who are experienced and one who are inexperienced. But we do not know so we keep the letter and simple and focus the basics to train new affiliates.

Welcome letter may be like this :
I've recently been appointed by SFI as your Sponsor. As your Sponsor, I'm here to help you with any questions you might have, and I'll do my best to support you in any other way I can. So please don't

Hi Hristina,

I make my welcome letter short so the new PSA will read it. Here are some tips:

1) Introduce myself

2) Explain they are now a business owner and it is important to sign in at: https://www.sfimg.com/

3) I am here to show them what to do, but the steps to be done is up to them.

4) "How to Kick Start" their business by becoming a Fast Track Member at:

In my welcome letters to my PSAs, I try to keep my message as simple and as concise as possible to avoid overwhelming them.

As their sponsor, it's my pleasure to welcome them to my team and to show them how easy it is to get started with a brief information about SFI, and a link to Compensation Plan, to check out how income is earned.

After explaining the importance of reading and understanding START, SFI BASICS, and LAUNCHPAD, I would add a friendly advice/tip that if they

I suggest they start on home page with Start, Basics and Launchpad buttons. I suggest to them to do a few Lessons/day, being sure to get their 15 VPs as they go.

I explain the importance of clearing red tabs daily; rating always the 10 AskSC answers for the AVP, and the extra 20 answers for another Daily Grand entry (explaining also the types of prizes). I also recommend they read all the posts/replies in the Forum, looking at Forum and AskSC as learning/explaining sites. And to click
