I think it is a great idea to put some of your CSA's into the CSA exchange program - those who speak a different primary language to you.

Here's why...

Communication is not what you say or write; it is what the other person hears or reads. If your CSA does not speak the same language as you, what you think you are saying to them may not be the message they are receiving.

Now, I don't know if you have ever tested the translation tool (either Google Translate, or the

The principle of Co-Sponsored Affiliate (CSA) exchange states that:

" People like to work with those who can understand their culture and speak their native language.

By exchanging CSAs that live in other countries for those that live in your country, you can put this dynamic to work for you. It's a win/win!

Your CSAs will have a co-sponsor that they can work better with... and you'll create more active CSAs that can grow your commissions! "

CSA exchange is a new program of SFI where you can exchange your CSA to CSA's from your country. The main purpose is to encourage activities among the affiliates. The principle is, people tend to communicate more or do work more if they are in the team who have same language and culture.

Definitely we should take advantage of this program, but since this is left to us we need some solid basis when and who among our CSA are we going to exchange.

For me I used these criteria

Absolutely yes!

The CSA Exchange offers us all the opportunity to rebuild our teams with affiliates who may live closer to us and who will certainly speak our language.

As will always be the case not all will be “active” but the chance of even one or two to “wake up” is greater if they see someone speaking in their own tongue.

Personally I have placed all but a few of my CSAs into the exchange. There are a handful who have logged on in the past 30 days. I

I would say that you should put all your inactive CSAs who are not from your own country into the new CSA exchange.

Apparently when CSAs and their co-sponsors are from the same country, this can help the inactive CSA to become active, as they can communicate better with someone from their own country and culture.

As every CSA is someone else's PSA, this can only have a positive effect on the business of his sponsor. If an inactive CSA can become active through being transferred

The main reason that has been advanced for exchanging CSAs from other countries for those from the country where you live is that it may help to overcome limitations in communication due to cultural or language differences. This is certainly a valid point. However, one also has to bear in mind that if you have CSAs from other countries who are active and with whom you already have a good working relationship, it is worth keeping them rather than exchanging.
Since the exchange started,

In my opinion, you should only exchange CSAs that are inactive, because there is no harm done with that. It is basically like a big lottery, sometimes you get a nice prize and sometimes you just get what you pay for.
Also, due to the large percentage of inactive CSA almost everyone will be exchanging them but, CSAs are more likely to become active when they have a Co-sponsor that can effectively explain to them the system and teach them how to make an income using all the tools that SFI provides

The First choice of CSAs I would exchange would be those that have been inactive from the first
day, for the longest time and I find difficulty communicating with, including obvious fake names.

Then Second choice I would choose those CSAs that have had very little activity and I find difficulty communicating with.

Reason being that someone from their own Country and same dialect might be in a better position to explain to them about SFI and understand their situations

Great Question, Romeo,

Yes, of course; and for the following reasons:--

1. Language Barrier: some affiliates are better spoken with in their native languages or dialects. So, if I have certain CSAs from countries where inter-exchange of native dialects are predominant in their day-to-day communications, (e.g. those from countries in the Asian continent), I would prefer that they are handled by Sponsors from their specific geographic zones.

2. Inactivity: where certain

I would say yes.

The reasoning is that you may have CSA's that are from different countries or language. Maybe the weekly team mails that we send out read garbled to them because they don't translate well when they have the need to translate.

My view on the CSA Exchange is this, we exchange CSA's from different countries that have been inactive for a while. We do this in the hopes that the CSA's are Co-Sponsored by an individual from their country and their language, you
