This is a good question. It is our good luck if CSAs are wake up and take part in SFI business. We must not give up and try our best to help them to wake up. Try to give them all kinds of support such as weekly team mail, phone calls , chat tools to support them on regular basis and try to make an active communication. If possible we can create a competition among the CSAs t distribute prizes cash or gift certificates if they wake up and actively take part in SFI business. We try to concentrate to that they must log in daily and get maximum VP. Gifts are the only ways I think where they can actively take part in SFI business.
So I request all SFI leaders to try to create some competitions among the CSAs to try to make a competitive environment and get an active business.

Our Co-Sponsored Affiliates need our assistance and guidance, particularly when they don't have a strong personal sponsor. Because we want them to succeed--and, of course, we benefit from successful CSAs--we should stay in touch with them and help them as much as possible. As with anyone else, you want to give exactly as much engagement as they wish to receive. E-mail works, as does telephone or even postal mail. As long as you do not overburden them, your attention will be welcomed warmly.
Since I do not know how active their sponsor is, I send them the same weekly TeamMail that I send my PSAs. Each weekly TeamMail includes a request that they send me any questions they may have.
I send them congratulations when they win the Daily Grand, or become either EA, EA2, or Team Leader.
If they tell me that their sponsor does not contact them, I will offer to help them as much as I can.
In my opinion, every active affiliate in my downline should have my full attention, PSAs and CSAs. Their work is our success, in every aspect. At least weekly letters should be sent to all. You never know what can activate someone or when. Of course if you realise that CSA is permanently inactive you don't want to waist your time persuading her or him personally on regular basis. Maybe, once in a while send group message about the new features or some great idea..But if they work, CSAs should have your full attention.

Although there is no set time frame to contact CSA for any guidance & communication yet it is very important to have a dialogue with them from time to time. The co-sponsor affiliates too expect proper guide lines for their earnings, as every affiliate is related to earn something in lieu of his/her time & money spent with SFI. If they become a Team Leader, they their self are beneficial besides other concerned affiliates in a fair way.
Therefore, there is no set formula to contact CSAs to send merely any group mail every week but they may be contacted whenever need arise to review their performance. Moreover, there is chat facility also provided by SFI; SFIM besides emails or so.
Thank you.

"How often and in what ways should we have contacts with our CSAs?"
I include them in my weekly team mail and stream posts.I send them E cards to encourage them and congratulate them on their achievements and if I see that they need extra support I will email them and let them know that I am there to help them.
Very good question - thank you. I try to communicate with my CSAs least once a week - they are have the main sponsor yet The question is what can you offer them? Personally, I suggest their different marketing strategies, popular sites that can advertise their activities and tips for successful operation. The modes of communication are external - through emails and telephone / where possible / and internal - by E - cards, Stream, letters, chat. Be sure to keep track of how yours CSAs and where appropriate encourage them! Good luck to all!

Contact our CSA should have at least one weekly. To be sending them a message via CSA mailer, you can find them on social networks and so to get in contact. Can send them email.Very is important to follow their work as and the work of their PSA members, maybe some of them are not active sponsors and maybe they need your help.Always have set a welcome message to new ?SA and leave them your contact information. I hope I helped you.
First Monday to motivate them to work in the coming week, to help them and ask something from their private lives.
Another contact usually do on Friday before the weekend to remind them of weekly tasks and wished a pleasant weekend.
The best way is via e-mail, social networks and of course through SFI.
