Firstly be sure they send a message of welcome, introduce yourself !!

Many of them are beginning to get confused and not know how to start working SFI and TRIPLECLICK.
Send them a link to the beginning.
Try to engage in conversation with them if you see that they are online.
For many will at the outset to see if they are interested in this job or not.
There are a variety of communication with their subsidiaries.
You do not need to be strenuous and persuade someone for this job, because not all persistent and interested.
The best way to communicate if you see that they are online, chat, email, telephone conversations if you are unable to because of the language, because not everyone knows English.
If the branch, do not understand English, try to arrange that they are writing in another language, there is a google translator to facilitate the work of all of us.
At SFI and TRIPLECLICK pages have a translator in any language, so there should be no problem communicating via email or chat.
At least once a week stay in touch with its subsidiaries (but only to those who work and who are interested).
Do not waste your time on people who do not want to work, then concentrate on the people who want this job.
Support its subsidiaries, reward them ...
If you are persistent you will definitely time effort worthwhile.

There are a couple of sayings that will encourage you in future work, to be the best possible sponsor.

The best ways for setting up proper communication with your new PSAs is to tell them to click on SFI LAUNCHPAD day one First step and read there, where they will be told as this way:-

1. To help ensure you receive all your (LaunchPad team lesson e-mails, other vital newsletters and notifications from SFI), enter [email protected] into your e-mail program's address book or whitelist. Also, be sure to enter the e-mail addresses of your SFI sponsor ([email protected]), co-sponsor, and team leaders into your whitelist so you'll be sure to receive important messages from your upline.
OR
2. If you think this will not help them to understand since they are new affiliates, tell them that on their SFI homepage at top of the corner to click on the word written as SFI LAUNCHPAD where they will be directed to read SFI LaunchPad Day1 First step. There they will read and understand what is suppose to be done in order to make easy communication with you as their sponsor.

3. This will help you as a sponsor to communicate to them very easily!

After we have sent them the welcoming message, you must remind them to start earning their VPs asap by going to the Start & Basics as located in their profile. Then I will wait for one day & check if there is an increase in the VPs. Nevertheless, as their Sponsor, it my duty to teach them to go to the Homepage & let them know to turn all or most of the 'red' tabs to 'green' and to do the Launchpad lessons where they can earn 450 VPs when they complete all the lessons.I remind them that in order to be promoted as EAs is their main aim & that must be done as fast as possible. So they must buy the 125 TC or 199 TC Pack which will instantly award them with enough VPs to be EA instantly. But that is not good enough.They have to now look for a few of their best friends or relatives or neighbors & encourage them to join as their downlines & use the 'duplication' method to make them become EAs. I use the weekly communication recommended by SFI where you are awarded 30 VPs to write to my downlines.The most important matter to remind them is that the first two months,there is no payout.Only when they remain EA2s for 60 days,will the commissions be paid into their accounts either paypal or payoneer. hope that this this simple method is self explanatory.

Personally Contacting them directly through emails and better still text messages if their cellphone is listed has work well for me.

It makes them know you care about them and that tends to move them to open up their challenges to you.

For example I contacted one of my sleeping SFI directly through email and was so happy when He responded back about his feelings as to why he don't want to work with SFI. I reply with encouragement and make him feel welcome and needed. He is now on the race to becoming a EA soon.

Email them once a week. Encourage, encourage, encourage. Acknowledge their accomplishments and check their to do list so you can let them know if they are missing anything that week. Don't be afraid to message them or share life events. Everyone needs encouragement and direction. Use the geneology, give them some t-credits as incentive, acknowledge them and always respond as soon as possible to any communication from them.

The best way to communicate with any team member is to let them set the tone for the communication. If they want to take advantage of your help then offer it. But, remember some people like to analyze things on their own. They like to ask for help only when it is necessary. Give these people the space to do it on their own.

Others like close communication. They ask 1000 questions about everything. Answer all the questions you can and if you can't let your upline answer them. Stay in touch with this type of member until they are ready to go it on their own. Be flexible and accessible.

I think this question face by everyone in SFI . Most of the PSAs are inactive here. Team mail, A2a, Skype, wechat, emails, all are very good ways to communicate with the PSAs if they are anywhere in the world. For same country we can invite the PSAs for weekly some coffee or tea to discuss about how to do this business effectively. If they are not in the same city we can make a phone call and try to communicate with them. As there are many online programs and it is really hard to make them believe about SFI. Most of the affiliates want money on the first month of their sign up. But SFI is the future business not for immediate money. We try to conveyance them do not be hurry to make money. Money will come slowly and with unlimited amount after some time later not so fast. If they want to make money fast they can promote ECA products and service with their gateways if they able to make sale they are the winner and get commission. Hope this answer is helpful.

There are several ways to communicate with your team but I personally find that Skype is as good as any other communication. This is because not only can you text for free to each person but you can call for free to personally congratulate or motivate plus you can even have group conversations....there are several software programs like this but Skype is wildly known and used so for me does the job perfectly......

Getting started is always a welcome letter. If there is no response, it happens usually, 1 week send alerts to their work, as seen in geneologyi. Someone just logged into SFI and no longer works. Yet occasionally send a letter if I can help in some way, whether working at SFI and now wants to start right away? To draw attention to the lesson, standing orders, duplication, auctions, games, purchase and sale of Triple Click etc., depending on the situation.
It is best if the new PSA communicates. Such cooperation is then joyful and useful for both sides.
