1. Well, it’s quite a thought provoking question,Ovidio.
If any of your PSAs/CSAs advances faster than you, let them to do so. However I would encourage you to continue supporting & guiding him to the best of your ability, as & when he asks for.
Its all right, if he outgrows your training. He will continue to be in your down line and in your team only. You have to work as a well knitted unit. Always have a mutual cordial, friendly relationship with all your team members; you can go to the extent of asking for their input, ideas and suggestions for growing your team together.
2. If any of your down line members have had previous marketing experience, then you can expect him/her to advance faster than you. You should not hesitate to get a few tips yourself from him/her to grow in your business!
3. Please remember that in SFI, each of us are independent bosses for running the business. We run our own business in SFI. This is one of the salient features that sets SFI apart from some other scam ridden, pyramid style schemes.
4. Maintain constant communication with the PSA who has advanced. You may use his guidance/service in training the rest of your team. You never know, this affiliate would prove to be a tremendous asset to your business. You can succeed only when your down line performs well.
5. Some of these affiliates who had moved quickly up the Team Leader ranks in their first month or two, could have collected all their training VPs and made a financial investment. The test will be whether they can sustain that in following months. So do not consider by their advancement that they can now independently progress in their SFI business. They may have not acquired the team-building and sponsoring skills yet, which you only need to teach and motivate them!
6. Many of your PSAs may not need guidance and would be financially independent, therefore they will grab all the opportunities presented to them by SFI faster and there is nothing wrong in that. Just allow them to progress.
7. Off course there will be occasions when your 'star' performer /’fast mover’ hits a ‘wall ‘or may even drop back.. This is the right time for you to use your experience of being a more long-standing member of SFI to encourage & motivate them. You have to advise & console them that many of us also go through a difficult phase like that and that they need to persevere without giving up.
8.You may use this success of your star performers to drive you forward!, You can advance your own knowledge and skills by building on your working relationship and keeping channels of communication open with them..
9. Finally, you should be happy & proud that one of your sponsored affiliate
has advanced faster than you. Consider his success as your own success!
So continue training & supporting all your affiliates no matter whether they have advanced faster than you or not!!
