The most effective ways to communicate with your downline are email and Skype, unless of course they are local to you and then you can always do face to face communication.

You need to be passing on useful hints and tips to all of your downline and you need to keep them informed of any competitions you may hold.

Also if you have any type of reward scheme running then notify them of that.

You need to remember that a lot of people sign up out of curiosity and they are going to need to be convinced of what SFI has to offer.

Hello,

This is quite easy to answer.
My opinion that the most effective ways to communicate with your downline to get results are:

-welcome messages;
-group team mailers;
-tip cards;
-congratulation cards;
-stream option;
-chat option;
-skype; etc.

SFI provides every tool that you need for successful communication with your downline, and skype is additional helpful tool.

Send frequent team mails or individual email to them by referring to genealogy.
Use chat facility provided by SFI
Use a2a friend to get connected
Give rewards and incentives to those are semi active.
Continue to get connected to Movers
Refer them to read SFI news and Forum on the updated news on SFI

However, even these methods are used, it depends total on the interest and initiative of the downline members the desire to earn money from SFI.

Personally, I like ecards the best.

There are several to choose from, "I can help" seems to work well for me, and "tips" are not bad, either. These quick little notes can help to uplift someone who is struggling, and might just come at the best of times for them.

Stream is also a good way to reach all of your downlines at once. I have sent suggestions; upbeat comments on something new at SFI... anything I think will help keep their attention and help them stay focused.

Last, but not least, team mail weekly. That does require 2 letters, one each for both groups, but still worth the effort.

Going the extra distance is what helps create awesome sponsors - of you AND your downlines!!:))...

You must make your downline feel that you are there not only as the Sponsor but also as a Mentor! Ask about their family, how life is in their part of the world? Make them feel comfortable as though you are really concerned about them. Show them that you have genuine concern. love and care for them. Most times it is difficult to relate, so do not talk about their SFI Business. You must build a family relationship with them and say there you are there for them if they need your help.Invite them to talk about any problems that they have."Rome was not built in a day". It takes time to build a relationship so be prepared to wait! Become their bosom buddy to open up to you and assure them that their secrets will remain confidential.Once family, broken heartedness,etc are solved by you, you will win their hearts! Then they will listen to you when you ask them to restart their SFI business because you have won them over, they are now ready to trust you and listen to your every instructions! I hope that this helps your situation and it will only work if you try it because it works for me every time!

There are many ways to communicate with your downline. Here are some examples:
- E-mail
- Team mail
- Stream
- E cards
- Telephone
- Skype and simular
- Facebook, twitter etc

But I still think the most effective way is through E-mail. The reasons are that you can know for sure the Aff received it, you can keep a copy of it for future reference. Its cost effective.

By using all the tools provided by SFI or you can start your own as an additional ways of achieving your objectives and grow your business strong. Among the ways are:

1) Newsletter/Team mails/Stream post/SFI live chat
Send out weekly newsletter/team mails/stream post to your team with a brief tips You are letting members in your team know that you care. They don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. Use all these to acknowledge achievement, to praise your team members for job well done. Give & share your best tips and advice. Talk to them if they ask for advice.

2) Create a Team Co-op.
You can use Pay Per Click or any other ad campaign – you can award it free or use member’s URL who partipate in the Co-op, in your advert, on rotation basis based on the Co-op share/allocated.

3) Create a contest within your team – Create and let your members know using method no. 1. Use your Leadership Page to create this contest. It is a great way to motivate your downlines. Offer something of value like free e-books, Co-op Shares, if you can afford paying for purchase of TCredits subscription (Standing Order) or any other which can help them build their team, which, in return will benefit you as well.

Outside SFI, these are a few things I think can help improve our communication with team members..

4) Conference calls – Skype is one of the cheapest and free. Google Hangout. Facebook Instant Messenger, Yahoo IM and so many more ways you can use to interact with your downlines. Besides using it to motivate and help your team, it can also be used as a recruiting tools. You may want to segment it, that this weekly conference call are for e.g. new affiliates, leaders, group brainstorming session or even devoted for recruiting.
You can also create a buddy system – encourage these buddy groups to have weekly/monthly conference calls amongst themselves.


5) Similar to SFI’s News Alert, you too can create a newsgroup, a great way to promote teamwork. Your team members will have the opportunity to help each other because this newsgroup sets your team apart and makes it seem special.

Let your team members know that you will visit this newsgroup on a regular basis or even on specific date of the month. Post a schedule for your team members to know your visiting date. This way, if they have anything to ask or requested for a feedback from you, they will know when exactly your next scheduled visit will be. Used newsletter (item no. 1) to encourage your team members to take advantage of this newsgroup. Update them within your devoted section in your newsletter.


Finally, everyone should know how to blog. Its an additional way to keep in touch with your team, to show them that you care. By sharing your quick tips, tools, info that you can post on weekly basis. Your timely updates, post your weekly newsletter also an easy way for your team to check on previous newsletter. Encourage them to start blogging and you can offer them other team members’ blog links.
