Helping yor affiliates in other country is a great way to acheiving success in SFI. Although as a sponsor its your duty to ensure that every affiliates of yours are successful.

Here are some few ways you could help them.

1. Reassigning: Its one of the great tools you can uuse to support your team. Reassigning an affiliates to his/her fellow country would help the affiliates understand the concept behind succeeding in SFI. You may not have been able to explain some SFI terminology to a new affiliate due to Language barrier but, reassigning them to a Team Leader in your downline would help advance their course in the business.

2. Recommendations: What product, Which ECA would you recommend for an affiliate from another country. Recommending products like S-builder, Making SO and referring them to an ECA who sells Tcurrency and can be trusted is a way in which you can help you affiliates from other country. They may be confused on where and from whom to purchase some products such as PSA, Traffic and etc

3. Encourage: So many team leaders has lost their affiliates passion for the business because they werent encouraged. Send them messages, updategs, reward hardworking affiliates.A gift card wouldnt be too much for an affiliate who made a BTL, this will encourage him/her to do more especially if they are from another country.

Ask about their challenges, figure out the solution or even provide a solution to the problem.

4. Forum: The forum has been the best place for affiliates whose sponsor doesnt understand their language. We have the My Region, My Country spot for each country. Refer them to ask their questions, read comments and also make contributions. I have learnt so many strategy to succeding in SFI from the Forum.

5. Co-op: Some people find it hard to recruit other, but are willing to go mile in other to keep their PSAs. Add your afiliates from other county to your Co-op, that way they can grow up fast to become great on their own.

Before giving your help to your affiliates from other countries the best possible way in order for them to advance in SFI, you must first identify what kind of help they need and what are the challenges they are facing in their journey with SFI.

Possible challenges, which your affiliates in other countries are facing and what can you do to help them?

- The language and culture issues may pose affiliates from other countries hindrance in their journey with SFI. Thankfully SFI homepage can be translated to approximately 90 languages. In supporting them, you can make use of the Google online translation service. You can also encourage your affiliates to visit the My Country/Regions sub-forum with respect to their language and culture for further support.

- A versatile solution to language difficulties and cultural differences in growing your downline is through the use of the Reassignment tool. You can pair up your non- English speaking PSAs with appropriate leaders in your team. By doing so, you’ll be helping your non-English speaking PSAs effectively through your existing leaders and your existing leaders would be highly motivated with your action of trusting them.

- Communication is the core of building relationship. Encourage your appropriate leaders to set up weekly teleconference calls for your affiliates in other countries. These weekly calls are a tremendous support mechanism.

Whatever you do, keep control of your affiliates in other countries and stay connected with them through your existing Team leaders, who are assigned to them using all SFI communication tools and other means such as email or phone. Monitor their progress through your Genealogy. This will help you take appropriate measures to ensure their continuous momentum and growth in their journey with SFI.

1) The best way to help your affiliates in other countries advance in SFI is through your constant and consistent communication.

2) Through regular communication in any form, be it SFI Team Mail or personal mail or follow up through phone calls, SMS, chat line, social media, Stream, etc ensure the information flow is regular.

3) Even before their asking, provide clear, correct and useful tips which should result in their taking concrete action so that every one in the team can grow.

4) Make them know the existence of SFI facilities like ECAs/T Currency Dealers, etc in their respective countries;

5) Help them to patronize these facilities within their own country/region/area so that they can buy their requirements at lower prices (Prices will be lower due to absence of shipping cost/freight and forwarding charges, etc);

6) Make them understand the concept of "Transfer Buying" so that they can buy their monthly requirements from ECAs within their own country & save money and earn valuable VersaPoints without additional expenditure.

Conclusion:

a) Communicate very frequently;
b) Pass on all relevant information;

First, go to genealogy and identify the affiliates from which countries they come from and the languages they speak. Secondly, the time zone they are in so that we will know whether they are on line or early in the morning when it is bedtime.

Effective Communication Channel through
(i) language
If possible, use the languages that they can speak or communicate with so that they can understand what we are talking about. Use language translator(s) if available to send mails or chatting.
In SFI, group mailers, PSA mailers, CSA mailers and individual email facilities are available. If no translator, then use English as the medium of communication of which they can translate upon receiving the mails.
You can use Forum, Stream and a2a friends to communicate within the SFI network.
Use SFI blog in your Leadership page to disseminate the news you want to share.

Other media like Facebook, Twitters, Wordpress, Google, and Pinterest are also effective communication media to use not only targeting at your affiliates but also to friends, and people who subscribe to these media.

(ii) Time Zone
SFI business affiliates are scattered throughout the world in different time zones.They can be accessed within 18 hours of their activities. 6 hours are for bedtime. Within the 18 hours they may be online so we need to be able to recognize if they are online when we can initiate chatting or send emails.

(iii) We can seek the assistance of our team members who can understand English to convey the messages to other affiliates in the languages they can understand. From this process, we can also learn and get the feedback from the affiliates.

If this communication problems can be solved or reduced, there is a tendency that these affiliates will remain active. We can incorporate other attractive offers and incentives boost up our business.

The is a global and online business with people from different countries and all works of life, so there is not much of a difference between how you help affiliates within your country and your affiliates outside of it, to advance in SFI. However, there are specific strategic tweaks you may need to deploy in order to provide specific assistance or resolve peculiar issues common to certain countries or regions.

Let’s see, first, what are some peculiar circumstances that tend to deter advancement of affiliates from some countries or region? payment option, shipping fees, language barrier, culture/tradition etc, so I will advice to resolve these issues with the suggestions below:

1. You may want to develop a much more simplified blue print on how SFI works, with a clear direction on how to get started and advance, probably on what to do at each stage of their advancement in SFI. You may therefore decide to send this blue print by segments to your affiliates as they progress, in order to reduce the initial confusion and have a clear direction moving forward.

2. Many of your affiliates from other countries may not understand English and may not also understand your language if different from theirs, as the case may often be. What you do here are 2 folds; first, let them be aware that there is a Translation feature at the bottom right corner , just above the country flag on all the pages they will navigate at SFI/TC. They can choose their own language or a similar one. Secondly, in your communication with them you may use Google translation service or any other that provides the best translation outcome for you and advice your affiliates to do the same.

However, the SFI system now supports non-Western alphabets and characters in the PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer, and TeamMail , so you can use this feature to create and send messages to your affiliates around the world whose languages are written using Japanese, Chinese, Korean, or Cyrillic characters, or other non-Western alphabets..

3. Encourage them to register in My Country or My Region forums where they can participate in discussion with their fellow affiliates from the same country or geographical location. This will increase the impetus of your affiliates and make them feel at ‘home’ because they belong to an environment where issues common to them are discussed, even in their own language.

4. In the case of TC payment and shipping issues, direct them to the ECAs participating in the Local pay and Tcurrency program in their country or region, in order to reduce shipping fees if they buy products from these ECAs or/and to provide alternative source of payment by purchasing Tcurrency. Another benefit of this is that your affiliates can pay the Local Pay ECAs by any method acceptable to them and seller. Once this issue is resolved, your affiliates will have the potential to advance in this business if this was a serious setback initially.

5. Cultural, religious and traditional backgrounds in some countries forbid the intermingling between men and women in any form, even through digital communication like we do here. It is therefore important to use your welcome letter to ask anyone with this concern to let you know. Then on notice, you have to promise to steer clear or the affiliate should steer clear. This means you have to not chat or send specific email directed to such persons.

The maintenance of this kind of silent relationship may improve the advancement of such affiliates. Even if you do not request for such information in your welcome letter, be weary of the opposite sex in your team, who do not chat back when you initiate one, don’t reply your messages even when you request for a reply, don’t respond to your stream posts when you praise or recognise them, don’t show appreciation when you send a gift etc, some of these factors may be holding them back and when you persist, they are off.

In conclusion, you can see that most of the tools you need to build a successful business by assisting all your team members, outside and within your country are here, so you need to deploy an effective balance of these tools in order to get the maximum results, good luck my friend.

You should be proactive in the beginning, initiate conversation, and ready to help from the start and later. I don't think that it is wise to make dependent PSAs or CSAs, it's best to teach them to work independently but help them whenever they need. But this applies to all PSAs/CSAs...

When they are from another country, you can help them by referring them to Forum section in their own language, YouTube SFI tutorials in their own language or suggest to find Facebook SFI support groups which usually contain translated Files, and where they can communicate better with SFI colleagues.

If there is no way to communicate because of language barrier, of course, you should use Translator, even if translation is not always correct, I think that main things can be understood.

If you have several affiliates from the same country, you could use the skills of the one who understand English or other mutually understood language so he/she can translate what you have to say to others correctly.

Use illustrative screen-shots with keywords only, to show how things are done, or to get their attention on specific topic. Picture says more than words.

This is exactly what we can do with the help of reassignment tool and other means that are within our power and ability to use.

REASSIGNMENT TOOL. This is a great way to help members of our team from other countries grow. Click Geography in Genealogy to locate PSAs of the same country or region we can reassign to strengthen them as they will be sharing the same language, culture, and beliefs and will be able to work together effectively.

With the new Reassignment feature that has recently been introduced by Gery Carson, this tool is even more powerful in building a strong first and second generation down the line. It helps with the construction of a deep and productive downlines as we can now reassign new PSAs under the second generation and go deeper. This will help our overseas affiliates who are serious and committed to their business move forward quicker. Although there are rules to follow, this will excite and inspire affiliates who are yet to reach STL to work even harder.

GIFT CERTIFICATES. This is another way to help and support affiliates overseas by way of gift certificate if the PSA is struggling but is a hard worker and committed to making his business work, and only needs a little push to get over the line at the end of the month.

The best way to help any affiliate is to met them where their understanding is. You have to be able to see through their eye's. It's critical to understand why your affiliates think they way that they do. Then you can begin the process of reeducating them to understand what they need to know to be success at Strong Future International.

Older individuals usually are not up to speed with technology; however, some are. So if someone asks you about copy and paste, kindly explain and ask if they have other questions. There are many things that are different from country to country. Try to understand working with an international team.

Finally if you have a strong PSA from Bangladesh and you get another who is struggling, be sure to check with both of them and pair them up through reassignment so that the strong affiliate can help the other understand SFI concepts in Bangladeshi. This is the best way in my opinion to help any affiliate from another country but I try to support all of my international business partners equally.

Language barrier shouldn't be a problem today.

With SFI, we have few ways we can adapt to run a good communications, helping our affiliates from other countries, to advance with SFI.

Why I mention Languages?
Because they are the best way and also our first key communication with our affiliates and gradually, once comfortable with it, our communications will also improves our friendships, and this will helps our affiliates advance together with SFI.

1) The use of google translator is equipped right from our every SFI pages. We may also want to open a new window to apply any translator to be use while copy pasting it on our mails.

2) Get help from an a2a friends to assist with a direct translation. This is very easy to apply if we have one as our a2a friend, if not, we can easily request friend and start communicating and get personel helps.

3) Our Forum is also another best place for our affiliates to advance in SFI, as there is a sub forum for Country or Region where one can start a thread and gets a fast warmth reply from our Forum family which talks their language.

Advancing in SFI is possible if we have the drive and the passion to improves ourselves.

One method to us is the very first email you send to someone in a non English speaking country should firstly be in English and secondly – using Google translate – put a translated version in their native language below.

Make a request that they reply to you stating which language they would like you to use.

Another method which you can use is Reassignment. You can go through your Genealogy and select all of your PSAs who you think might benefit from a Sponsor in their own country.

Draft out a mailing to both parties explaining your actions and that they would possibly benefit by having a Sponsor from their own country due to language difficulties.

You can then, reassign some of your affiliates using the tick box at the left hand side of your genealogy page.

When reassigning, choose your 5 best working PSAs and then go through all of the others to select some from suitable countries to reassign to them.

You have nothing to lose when you reassign as if the member drops out, the affiliates are returned to you.
