Perception is very important, so you need to develop a trust relationship with your PSAs and may be PRMs in advance. You need to show you are a good leader, who is helpful and always ready to selflessly guide and assist his team. Establishing a good reputation will be the first big leap in your plan of setting up a local meeting or a seminar, and then you may adapt the following suggested steps below:

1. You need to identify your invitees and probably establish some criteria for invitation;

This is probably an event where you will need help from your upline and team members.

Get them on board with the idea. Talk to them and let them know what you are thinking of doing and gauge their support.

Prepare a draft program/set up of the seminar: - where its being held, duration, subject to be covered etc..
Prepare/Set budget - marketing, rental, catering etc..
Registration procedure and costs if any - cost sharing with team members if required

Setting up local meetings or seminars to recruit PSAs and PRMs need a thorough planning and strategies in order to run them successfully. Both need different approaches. A meeting can be between 2 people and a comfortable number of 10 people where you can pay individual attention to every one in a given period of time. A seminar can be a group of 20, 30 or even more than 100 people.
So to be cost effective, I will set up a meeting of 10 people which is comfortable in a room that can accommodate

To me in this day and time we are all living a fast paced life. Most people will quickly tell you they do not have time to come to a meeting or seminar. So trying to get people to your meetings would be discouraging and disappointing not just for you but you guest when most do not show and they are the only one sitting there.

This does not mean that you should not hold a meeting or a seminar. How you are going to want to do it is use some of the meeting programs out here. One of my favorites

First you have to plan.
Who are you going to invite? What are you going to show them? What are you going to talk about. Are you going to have any projectors or a board for drawing out things for illustration purposes? Will there be any key speakers? Review your plans and make sure everything is organized so as to recruit and not to confuse people. Make sure you have plenty of cards on hand to give out.

Second: Set you date, time and place.
Make sure your date leaves plenty

If you have a local team of your PSAs, their generations, and your CSAs you might want to have a meeting to recruit PSAs and PRMs for members of your team. Remember that duplication is very important at SFI, therefore do not do anything that your PSAs can not duplicate.

Use of someone's home might be a put off for those who do not have a home worthy of holding a business meeting. They may not want strangers coming into it. So rent a simple but adequate meeting room. The rental date

As a seminar professional, you can choose from among three different operating modes. You can:

1. act as a speaker, trainer or presenter, working directly with your audiences and booking your programs on your own or through a speakers bureau (which is sort of like a talent agency)

2. act as a promoter, seminar company or training firm, setting up programs and engaging other people to do the speaking, training or presenting

3. do both, setting up programs at which

Provision of training will need to begin with planning in advance. The planning stage will have you establish the following:

Location - where will these sessions be held, what size of space is required, how accessible is the location for people using public transit or own vehicle to get there

Place - you may want to do in people homes so those invited are by the host, or make arrangements with a local coffee shop to make arrangements for sessions to be held

Time:

People are skeptical about showing up to meetings or seminars about business opportunities. A lot of people receive numerous emails as well as mail via the postal carriers advertising the next so-called big opportunity or the latest "get rich quick" schemes. Expecting people to show up to a meeting place or even your home for a meeting about something they don't know much about might be difficult.

It may be easier to invite everyone to an online meeting via Skype, Google +,
