Every affiliate should be thoroughly familiar with the SFI compensation plan that provides the definition.
The section 2 of the compensation plan starts as follows:
“SFI's TripleClicks Executive Pool provides a simple, easy, and lucrative income stream that all SFI affiliates can tap into every month. SFI-powered TripleClicks.com is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce Website in the world, and we now put 40% of the CV of EVERY purchase–companywide–into the TripleClicks Executive Pool for our affiliates to share in!”
How to take full advantage of the Executive Pool? The answer is also provided in the second paragraph.
“How to share in the pool:
For each VersaPoint (VP) you accumulate during the month, you will receive one share of the month's pool. The more VP you score, the more you will earn from the TripleClicks Executive Pool! It's that simple. Note that VP can be earned for doing a wide variety of actions (see VP Ledger for complete list of pointable actions).”
A team leader will have their share of the Executive Pool exponentially multiplied depending on their actual rank in that month, from BTL to DTL. For the details, it is always better to go to the source of the information

From the above definition and inner workings of the Executive Pool, it is clear to see what role it plays in the compensation we earn.
Basically, our compensation from a Generation 2 affiliate will be different than our compensation from our active PSAs. We get paid both direct commission and matching Executive pool earnings from our PSA and CSAs, while we get paid Executive Pool compensation from our second to twelfth generation if we are a Platinum Team Leader.
Diamond Team Leaders receive matching VP on all EA2s in their downline within 12 levels (including their CSAs), plus double matching VP on affiliates on the 12th level.
In other words, our income from the Executive Pool is based in VP/Shares acquired by each qualifying affiliate in our downline, i.e. EA2 and/or team leaders, in any given month, depending on our rank. Our compensation is the same, at all the levels for which our rank qualifies us.
This is what makes the Executive Pool so lucrative. It is the essence of our residual income. We are earning it because of the work we did to sponsor affiliates, taught them duplication, and helped them build their own teams as deep and as wide as we could.
The Executive Pool emphasizes duplication and team building. Hence, it is an excellent incentive for an active Team Leader to work in depth, providing support to all his downline. Here, we see clearly that the Executive Pool Payout multiplies exponentially as our EA2 and team leaders increase.
If you work to build a team, reach the rank of Diamond Team Leader (DTL) and help your downline duplicate your efforts to all the 12 generations on which you can be compensated, your monthly income may well be above the average earnings of doctors and dentists.
