How do I get my affiliates to understand the importance of grabbing the DAILY Action VP available to them?

How do I get my SFI Affiliate to understand the importance of grabbing the DAILY ACTION VP available to them.

Providing all my SFI Affiliates I would provide them all the information explaining that earning their VP is the most important assignment to be completed each day. Then provide all details simple 3 Steps.

Explain the them VP's are Gold accumulate these each day that for their Earnings.

Explain to them if they miss a day that they will not be able to

How do you?

1. By understanding yourself the importance of this task.

Have you retained the training you recieved at the start?

Do you revisit from time to time for a little refresher?

2. By showing you understand the importance which comes from completing the daily tasks and earning the points.

Currently I hold an 18 Day VP Streak which basically means I've been logging in everyday for the past 18 days and completing the daily tasks.

Daily Action VP play an important role in SFI because when we get 12 Daily AVP which is FREE Action Point. For Any rank which we want to achieve every month that is minimum EA rank and for that we have to make 1500 VP which is not easy for every affiliate for that either we have to make Standing Order or do purchasing at TripleClick from which we should complete our task. If you are not making Standing order than difficulty is that there are limited Free Action Versa Point they Daily Point is 12*30

Action VP is everything in SFI ,
they works as a 'filter' amongst the one taking action and the one who doesn't.

Which among our team, that we gives reward?
The action taker who dares to take a challenge or who doesn't work but expect high rewards?

VP as we all knows, is Versapoint. A point that is rewarded for taking the right action towards success, or shall I say improving ourselves.

One of the ways I have been able to make that come across is to put it simple. I use a little stories to break it down. Here is one of them.

Ask them if they have ever played cards. Most everyone has played some type of card game at some time in their life. When they say yes I ask them "If you were to drop the deck while you were shuffling them and all the cards fell on the floor, would you pick up all of them or just some of them to play the game?"

To be an Executive Affiliate, you must have at least 1500 VP. The daily action VP is needed for this because Sales VP is not enough. The red tabs will give you 14 action VP a day plus extra VP can be won in the Daily Grand by entering it in the Win it Tab.

Team Leader : You can earn Matching VP if you become at least a Bronze team leader.
You have to have Sales VP and action VP to get the necessary Points required to become BTL or above.

Someone had asked this question recently. I'm going to tell you the same thing I told this person.

It's the little things that add up to create big things. Those Daily Action VP are like pieces of a puzzle. You constantly have to put those pieces together to solve that puzzle; otherwise, you miss out on a great opportunity.

So, if your affiliates skip out on scoring those daily VersaPoints, they'll have missed out on becoming Executive Affiliate and so on, and earning commissions.

You get your affiliates to understand the importance of getting all the daily action VP by explaining to them what the program is about and how it works.

This explanation should make them realize why VP are so important.

They should look upon the VP as being the work they do to be able to be paid and to allow them to progress through each status to allow them to make the maximum possible earnings to boost their own business.

There are two stages to getting your affiliates to understand something: your teaching and their learning.

1) With teaching, you can tell them the obvious: In the average, thirty-day month, the 12 FREE Daily Action VP earn you a total of 360VP toward becoming an Executive Affiliate. The daily AVPs are of utmost importance to all affiliates who wish to climb up the sfi ladder;
Firstly, for those still in the E360 competition topping the class depends on the percentage of SVP and AVP gathered during the first 365 days in sfi.
Secondly, doing the daily tasks not only gives versa points which have cash value, it also show how important their business is to them.
Thirdly, doing the daily task gives a sense of satisfaction that you are progressing in your day to day
