I feel my welcome message to PSAa is stale. How can I freshen it up? Sample welcome letters appreciated.

Everyone loves Fresh items, products or even news and activity.

To create a fresh Welcome Letter, and since this is a First Welcome Letter I presume, if not it won't be mentioned as a Welcome Letter, I suggest we have to break it into few short 'Point To' direction.

We do need to be very careful not to overwhelm our new affiliates, since they will also receive few notifications from SFI, we had to position ourself as a friend for a support.

My example:

Remember you have one time to make a good first impression. So your welcome message is very important and should set the expectation of open communication, good-will, and trust. I'm sure there are 1001 differing opinions on the topic, but I am persuaded that your first message to your affiliates should introduce you to them, and seek to build trust and liking.

Something like this will liven your welcome message up and warm up your affiliates to you:

Greetings,

I'm

Hello Helen, words are like eggs. If you drop an egg accidentally on the floor, you can never get back a wholesome egg. The way you present your first communication to your incoming PSAs will determine if they will stay on in the business. Any of your prospects not well attended to, may never be an affiliate in SFI. So selective and well-constructed words are what you need in your first interaction with your PSAs. Also, you should avoid words like, get rich quickly e.g make thousands of dollars in

Good question!
It's a good practice to look at our communications, and other methods, occasionally, and critically and see where and how, if anywhere, we can improve them! So why not start with a brainstorming session for yourself?

Think about what information, language etc that you want in an ideal welcome message for your new PSAs... Include things like style, phrases, SFI terms, how much/little to include. Then look at your existing message and pull it apart into those categories,

Hi FirstName

I'm your sponsor here at SFI. Welcome to our team of affiliates. We're a friendly and helpful bunch here and my contact door is always open.

I suggest the first thing you should do is to look around and gain familiarity. Clicking the Start button on your home page leads you to a great video to get you off on the right foot. Another very good place to familiarize yourself with is your todo page.

Hi Helen.
Love your question.
The way to freshen your welcome letter is to first get yourself updated about events that happens in SFI and lots do happen Everyday. In the forum, latest news, Ask Sc, Alerts page just to mention a few.
With all these updates, you'l be so full that you wouldn't even know which one you're to start with because they are all important. Being able to condense them and bring the urgent and most important out is the real issue. How do you do it?
First,

Welcome message should be warm and instructive. It should include Getting Started Tips and how to find help in the opportunity.

My welcome message is this:

I understand what you mean regarding messages getting "stale". I have a terrible habit of proofreading and then editing my work so I find that I am tweaking my letters fairly often. I think that brainstorming and learning from others is a great gift that we are offered here at SFI.
Here is my current welcome letter (hope it helps):

Hello ~FIRSTNAME~!

I am so excited to see that you have joined SFI! Welcome to my team! "So what do I do next?"

This is something I feel needs updating at least every three months or so. New improvements come into SFI by Gery and his team all the time and some of these need to be pointed out in your introductory email.

A great idea which I think should be in place, is to write a selection of emails yourself with a view to forwarding them on to your team members to use.

You need to compose 5 or 6 emails, save them in Word and then email your team members and ask them whether they

If it is stale, throw it out!

There is no one letter that will do for everyone. This being a global business people will be coming here for different reasons and different determinations. In place of a message constipated with welcome lets get you off to a fast start here is what you need to do the first week. Be kind, be gentle. Introduce yourself and tell them why YOU are here. Tell them what you like to do and don't do. Not with SFI but in life in general. Ask them a few questions about
