Really, The best way is to follow SFI recommendations:
- Daily actions,
- Weekly actions,
- Monthly actions.
These tasks guide our actions on what we really need to do, without wasting additional time, and help us to create useful habits.
It maybe takes 30-60 minutes to do this actions. But when you start some serious advertising, and team building, use this guidelines as a pattern for all other actions you take.
I find that my VersaPoints are more than enough to track my activity; given that we get two Daily Grand entries for the first 20VP worth of actions, I choose to do the following:
* All the daily actions for 11VP
* One monthly or weekly actions to earn an additional 9+ points
* If I don't have any other source of points for the day, I make sure to give away a Gift Card's redemption code.
This keeps me on a very easy pace to get my Daily Grand entries and maintain all my necessary activities.

The best way is to track your TO DO list (or VP Ledger) where it's shown how many points you earn every day. Also you can see how many points you have earned that day on scoreboard tab. It shows you how much action and sales points you have and how much do you need until the next status.
Read your mail every day, you'll get notifications whenever you get some prize or achieve status, and also you get all the news regarding SFI business.
I believe that the best is to plan your work at SFI every day and this includes monitoring the activity of PSA and CSA possibly help if you see in their leaves that work badly and do not hear you. That means that we all have some needs concerning our homes, stuff that we must buy for the actual season. So we can visit and see what is SFI - TripleClicks products offering!! hello Mario Guerson you can organize and track your activity with SFI (daily, weekly, monthly) in this way after you have don your daily action that is the red tabs in your home page look very well when you do any of the red tab it will not be be red again , the you can look to your right hand up you will see hotspots , just put your mouse on it and look down your will VP LEDGER click on it from there you will check and track all your activities in SFI then check all the daily action after that you will monthly action and after that you will see weekly actions try to read before you do any thing. and never stop learning because life never stop teaching .thanks hope this will help you .see you at the top good luck

Check your To-Do-List for your daily, weekly and monthly tasks. By tracking to-do-list you can identify that which task you do not perform and you can also see your VP ledger and track your pending tasks which do not perform by you.
You can also check your position in your class and country region such as VP Streak, Power Ledger etc. You can also advertise your ads by different Gateways and add a key code for tracking your adds.

We can make a excel spreadsheet and write the date from 1st to 30th or 31st and we make some columns and write current month VP, Total VP, TC sells , Total PSA, Total CSA, Total PSA VP, Total CSA VP etc. and also we can write the dates for our marketing activity and result column where we can write our daily, weekly, monthly activity and also we need to write a column of progress and need to improve our progress so we can find our mistakes and where need to find the solutions.
