Prioritize by identifiying what is important to you.

Is organization and the tracking of your efforts in your everday life really important to you?

Take an honest look at your life to find the answer to this question and after you've done that then maybe you can start considering the following.

Make a plan.

Make a physical list of "doable" tasks as well as goals to be accomplished by you daily, weekly, monthly etc.

Check off all accomplished tasks.

Commit to your plan and list.

Make time to reflect daily, weekly, monthly, etc. on what you have achieved and where you fell short.

Make adjustments when and where needed according to the records you keep.

Share your list of tasks/goals with 1 or 2 other people you trust so that they can hold you accountable to it and keep you inspired, encouraged and motivated. Make yourself available to them for the same purpose.

I'm sure I could go on and on but I won't. I hope these ideas however do help.

You probably observed that sometimes you are just surprise that you miss points specially on your daily tasks. This is because you are using the red tabs as your guide in performing your daily task.

There are points that you can only earn from TO-DO list link. So the best way to track your activity with SFI is through the TO-DO list Tab.

From your TO-DO list Check the following:

1. Your daily task must have same number of points after you have done all the tasks. The points is the same as the date of the Calendar.

2. You weekly task must not contain a notice that you can earn those points now.

3, Do your monthly task as early as possible.

Make it a habit to do your task on same time daily. If possible at the time that SFI time starts the day. In our case the SFI time changes at 1:00 P.m. in our local time.

Here is a good off-topic hint - Save Your Work! I just lost what I originally wrote here.

But now to your question;

Athletes find that repetitious training that commits an action to 'muscle memory' is the best way. I actually concur with that philosophy because when I do something over and over in the same way it does become second nature. I perform my daily/weekly/monthly actions in excatly the same order every time and that is certainly the best way for me.

1. Since the login sets me onto the alerts tab, I start there. I read the alerts then scroll dow to click the button for an extra daily grand entry - And I actually just won 50 MRP today so whooHoo!

2. Next I skip over to the other silver tab - Win it - and I enter the draw. I do this right off the bat because I don't want to forget or get distracted from finishing it on time. I have been late on a few occasions and I've also simply forgotten it sometimes. One can't win a lottery without buying a ticket.

3. I then begin the red tabs with the Forum and I will work the rest from right to left. I won't go into exactly what to do on each tab but I will say that completing them usually takes me several hours. Yes, I said hours and not minutes. I take my time and absorb what I find. Some items like the AskDC answers, the TC page, the new ECA tabe and other spots tend to inspire me to do other appropriate actions like writing blog posts or placing new links or others.

4. Finally, I reach the to do tab. I don't click for the point until I've finished doing the survey questions, viewing the new TripleClicks items and working through the weekly/monthly actions. When I've done those, I click for the point and when the page refreshes I can look at the final numbers to make sure I've done everything. Then my day is done and I know I haven't missed anything because my routine is embedded into my muscle memory as it were.

That covers my daily activities and which also includes the weekly/monthly too. But under the heading of weekly, I did want to pass something else on to you as a tip. Upon being at all active and establishing communication with me, I will always give my new affiliates a couple of my inactive AFF. Those are really not doing much for me anyways and they allow my new AFF to benefit from the weekly PSA communication and 30 extra points.

Best way for me is :

1) Rule up a book with 6 or 7 columns across and 7 rows down.

2) Each row down in column 1 write the Day of the week.

3) Column 2-6/7 with the rest of the rows, write in the Dates 1-30/31.

4) For each Day, write Daily (this is for activities on to-do-list).

5) Select a Day (example Sunday), write Team Mail, repeat that in the columns across.

6) Select 3 days of the week, write Stream, repeat same in columns across.

7) Select a Day of the week, write TConnect, repeat across in the columns.

8) Select a Day between 1-9, write Goals and Sponsor rating.

With this calendar on hand you will be able to see easily what you have to do daily/weekly/monthly, and you can plan the other not so busy days for auctions, games and other activities.

It also helps to mark off each day with what you earned (AVP), it gives you an idea of how many more Versa Points you need to reach your monthly goal.

This is where you can decide when you look at your calendar, which days to do other activities to earn your required Versa Points.

Organizing and tracking your activity in SFI should involve daily, weekly and monthly plans and appraisals. SFI business is built on all the three work schedules. There are activities that should be done daily, others weekly and some monthly.

Except when absolutely impossible, you need to log in daily. You should organize yourself to put in some few minutes to the business daily. Your daily To Do List needs attention and it thus give you at least 10 AVP, but you could even get up to 14 AVP if you still have Opinion Survey for the Gold Streak game. Your not logging on daily robs you of VP streak that is one of the indices of assessing your consistency at this business.

One of the things you need to do as an awesome Sponsor is to answer your team member questions within 24 hours or less. If you don't organize your work to include daily routine, you may discourage your team by your delayed responses. Weekly logging in also robs you of benefiting from special periodic offers from SFI. It could be vital products for auctions, limited offer of CSAs (it happened recently) or some policy changes that require review of investments or settings. Do things that should done daily every day!

Practically, there are parts of the business that do not require daily attention. For instance, it would be counter productive to send correspondence to your team members daily. It would be like you're spamming them. Some investment in advertisement takes weeks to mature and deliver. You would need 7 days to be able to assess some of the fresh Affiliates as they would just not have developed the habit of working daily. You may need to review some of your posting on free sites like classified, social media for their effectiveness weekly. The effect of your team mails may require a week's assessment. Such jobs and assessment should be such organised.

Going forward, SFI itself shows you the progress you make each day vis-a-vis your monthly goal. You need to evaluate yourself on the basis of your projected goals. Goals such as no of PSAs to be sponsored, PRMs to be referred, no of EA2 in the team, PRMs sales in dollars, rank achieved for the month etc, even though may be systematically assessed from daily to weekly show full picture at the end of the month.

In summary therefore, you need to organize and track your activity in SFI daily, weekly and monthly as the task require. Your daily and weekly activities culminate into your monthly activity and success. Each day and week you fail to do appropriate tasks puncture your overall monthly achievement!

It's actually pretty simple and easy to keep track of your daily,weekly and monthly activities. Recently, SFI implemented a new color-coded system where the homepage tabs turn green after you've clicked them. So when all the tabs are green instead of red, you will know that you completed the daily actions. While you are reviewing your first tab, the To-Do list, be sure to scroll down through the whole page, paying close attention to the weekly actions & monthly actions sections; they will have the number of points you earned for that week and month printed beside them. Your homepage is organized for you, so basically all you have to do is log in daily and be alert.

The strategies and tools listed above is not exhaustive as there are many more.

The point is to really consider what approach, strategy, tool is the best fit for how you organize. I have seen it all too many times when an affiliate will try one method that is suggested to him or her but become frustrated and eventually that turns them off from working the SFI business.

There are many ways to organize your activity and you just simply need to ask around but not just anyone, ask those who are similar to you by how you think about SFI and run your SFI business. This then will atleast have you converse with other affiliates who are similar to you and can share with you not only the successful strategies but the ones that did not work and 'why' the ones did not work. When you surround yourself with affiliates who are similar to yourself in thought and behaviour then you may simply share strategies without the concern of becoming frustrated as someone else has put the effort into using the tool and can give you additional tips on how to custom fit the tool or strategy to how you need it to work for you.

As an example, I know of an entrepreneur who prefers to keep book-keeping efforts in a 16 column book-keeping log book and another entrepreneur prefers to use an in-house excel spread sheet template for booking keeping efforts. Both are great tools and yet one is done by manual labour (pen and paper) and the other is completed by use of the computer (electronic).

The greatest asset of being an affiliate with SFI is that there are many strategies that can be used and there is not one right way but a best fit approach for the affiliate.

Customizing is what owning a business is all about.

Hello,

Well everyone has their own ways, the way to organize and track your activity with SFI.....

1. Log in daily. I do so almost every hour. First check on the alerts tab click the blue button for free entry to daily grand draw. Read all alerts and news for updates.

2. First complete the monthly AVP so in the beginning of the month, for 15VP. Then the daily VPs on the to do list (red tabs) for 16 VPS this includes the 2 VP you get for EZ and Pb tabs.

3. Go to win it tab for entry to daily grand draw.

4. In triple clicks, every hour try your luck in T Time, eager Zebra games and auctions. Mostly I play all games first where entry is free. Then I use T credits for other games.

5. Try reading and going through various tools.

6. Every time you log in check on the movers and scoreboard , keep checking your teams progress.

This is basically the kind of schedule that I follow. I hope it helps.

Daily activity is easily tracked, if we explore our ToDo tab, daily.

Our ToDo tab, is a part taken out from our Versapoint Ledger.
They were meant to ease our tracking on all our SFI activity, which in return, rewards us with Versapoints.

If I can say, this ToDo tab is our daily Duty with SFI.
Daily checking our ToDo tab for which activity that we has not conducted yet, be it daily, weekly, monthly, intermediate or even team support, will collect the most vp available and capitalise our monthly income.

We won't miss a single activity if we conduct frequent visits on our ToDo tab.

I would say this:

By following your TO-DO-LIST and your VP LEDGER, you can keep track of your activity within SFI. This will let you know what tasks you have completed, the VP's you have received and what tasks you may need to complete yet.

When you go to advertise, it would best suit you to add key codes to your url's so that you are able to keep track of the success with a particular advertisement source. Keep a spreadsheet with your url's and track the number of visits versus opt-ins. From there you can figure out your conversion rate and weed out the sources that are getting you the less bang for the buck and concentrate on the ones that are showing promise.

I am sure as a person goes thru building their business, over time, they will find new venues that will need to be tracked outside of SFI. Maybe you have set up contests for your downline, keeping tracking of your profit/loss and so on.
