Your team members that want to use the forum have two major ways to take advantage:

1) They can talk in their native languages in the appropriate country and region subforums, and
2) They can use the "TRANSLATE" button to assure that the correct language is being used.

As a general tip for any sort of translation, avoiding linguistic idioms will result in improved communication.

I also have PSA's and CSA's from different parts of the world and I was wondering the same thing. Then I noticed there is a language translate button at the bottom of most SFI's pages.

I don't know what language SFI advertise in different countries, but if it's English maybe they can understand enough to figure out to use the translate button, it's quite a few languages on there. I,m pretty sure SFI got it covered.
