8. Content should be informative, simple practical steps, reader friendly, inspiring,interesting and
enthusiastic.
9. We should set up a co-op advertising program to support our down line, who really want support to build their own team.
10. It's a motivational tool to the down lines.
11. It reflects the caliber, success, attitude, knowledge level of the leader.
12. We should keep updating it with recent advancements, new products etc.
13. It should be a guideline to whoever sees it.
14. Leadership page link could be added as a signature in mails where we use exclusively to communicate for SFI and TripleClicks.
15. We can discuss with our team and give a unique, inspiring name to our team as a whole.
16. Rewards, incentives etc to be announced to the winners among the team giving them some achievable assignments. Like whoever sponsors 50 PSAs this month or who earns $ 100 thru sales etc...will win a smart phone etc.
17. We have to be committed and honest with our announcements. We must keep up promises. Never disappointment any one.
18. We can announce the winners in the recognition column of the Leadership page.
19. We can honor the achievers in the recognition column, whenever our team members become an EA,EA2,BTL, STL, GTL, PTL etc.
20. We can notify the names of our team members when they achieve or win in games, auctions, DG etc.
21. This page is to recognize team members who are really working hard, shows improvements, reach next level, winning contests, etc.
22. Tips on advertisement, marketing strategies, guidance on product selections etc could be discussed with the team.
23. Tips can be shared with the down lines to make them build their business strong and successful.
