You can motivate and inspire your team using SFI Leadership Page. First introduce yourself and tell them that why you join SFI and tell them about your success and achievements in SFI. Your team can also see your badges which you achieve.

This is a nice question On your leadership page you can post weekly blog about how to get versapoints on daily basis. If some one interested to invest money they can directly advertise on paid site and if somone do not have any fund to invest which also I find in my most of my affiliates help them to provide them list of free classified websites and free marketing tools to promote their referral link. This is what I tell people SFI has a great learning program to help you get started it has great lessons in marketing. The lessons are almost like going to college but it is free and you can study at your own paste. Be prepaid you are not going to make money overnight that it is like any other business you have to invest your time into it and you must read all the lessons.

Show your team what you're doing and help him to understand how SFI works, you need to double you.For new employee is first important every month in 1500 VPoints achieve to earn as EA also money. Show them how to build his own team. It will not work for everyone but each of the willing to start their own business will be grateful to you.

Thus my suggestion is that you try to settle your own office (Leadership Page)
Despite the fact that this is your office you as the leader of your team have to be a leader in every sense of the word.

First do not fix something that does not need fixed.
Gery has a huge amount of information for new people.

One the first day,send a short welcome e-card stating you will be there to help them
learn and earn in this great business.

Give your email and sign it.
On the 3rd day,give your new people a copy of your

Hello, good question because the leader ship page you write something about yourself in SFI, you can set its achievements to boast of its valuable members, you can write a beautiful and encouraging message there. so will your team be encouraged and motivated to work and thrive in business, check if you are the leader of the LP if the red color and good luck in business, greeting

Go to your sponsor his or her leadership page is a good example to use for your leadership page. This will give you some ideals to create your own page. It will motivate and give you some inspiring thoughts for your leadership page. Your leadership is what you want to do for your team. Just be honest and know that you are there for your team.
