The first thing to work on is giving a very captivating welcome to your team members. You want them to "feel" you as they land on your LP. Your greeting should be very warm and friendly. Express your willingness to work with them while showing your great success at this opportunity. Ensure that your full contact details are available there. Your e-mail ids, your social networks id, your Skype, Telephone numbers and every other detail about you should be displayed for their use. Everybody that visits that page should be able to contact you easily one way or the other. The very first Tab your visitors see on your LP is your Blog. This is a very critical part of your LP. It is no gainsaying that content is king! This is the place to inform, educate and motivate your team members. Your blog should include answers to Getting Started FAQ, How to become EA, EA2 and Team Leader, Secrets of successful SFI business, Detailed explanations about aspects of TripleClicks that enhance their growth e.g Eager Zebra Games, PriceBenders Auctions etc. There should be a great deal of Motivational Write Ups in your Blog also. You need to constantly add new topics and trendy things in your blog. It would go a long way in motivating and inspiring your team. Reward them with PSAs, Gift Certificate, TCredits for attaining certain ranks, accumulating certain VersaPoints, recruiting a certain number of PSAs etc. Many of our team members don't get to see our Best Tip. You need to ensure that when they come across it in your LP, they read and re read. Give them clear direction concerning their SFI business. The worst thing that is real is that many of our team members don't even get to see our LP. You need to publicize your LP in your Stream talk, Team Mail, E-mail correspondence and every other means possible. Your LP url comes like this: https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/Leadership?id=xxxxxx Replace xxxxx with your SFI id. . First introduce yourself and tell them that why you join SFI and tell them about your success and achievements in SFI. Your team can also see your badges which you achieve. There are 5 sections in Leadership Page.
1. BLOG:
In this section you write anything about successful business and marketing methods which you apply in SFI.
2. REWARD/INCENTIVE:
In this section you gave different reward to your team by giving them task assigned.
3. RECOMMEND:
In this section you recommend different services & programs, products and ECAs.
4. RECOGNITION:
In this section you recognize your team who perform hard work and achieve success of those tasks which you assigned them.
5. MY BEST TIP:
In this section you write about your best tip to your team.
If you specially and continually develop and promote your LP, you would be providing a veritable platform for motivating and inspiring your team members.

My SFI Homepage is a reflection of my Leadership Page. My Leadership page contains 6 important items that summarize my activities and my active participation in SFI business.They are Leadership Page Blog Manager, Greeting, Reward/Incentives, I recommend, Recognition and Best Tip. As Team Leader, I need to update the information that can be viewed by my downline as a source of information and as a motivation. As a Team Leader, I must show a good example of doing business "Walk the Talk".
The blog is used to communicate with the downline on what I'm doing and sharing what I know and do. A warm and friendly greeting will welcome my downline to feel being part of the team and the organization. Conduct contests to reward and provide incentives to active affiliates as to motivate them to get involve intensively in the business and improve their ranking.
I recommend selective products that are proven to help in growing the business and the essential tools to maintain the rank.
For those affiliates who have shown outstanding performance, token of appreciation in the forms of free tcredits and gift cars or a share in S-Builder or Co-op or any other tokens that are applicable.
The best Tip is to motivate and encourage affiliates to use the recommended tip to follow and apply to their business.
Therefore SFI Leadership Page is actually a gateway for affiliates and team members to know the type of leader they have. It is important that this Leadership Page is maintained occasionally.

You can use it to post congratulatory messages, show your achievements and those of your downline, set up contests and rewards, etc.

You can have your downline review your page regularly and comment on the content. Use it to share between affiliates as well as between you and them.

Leadership Page is a mirror our own sake in this business, as we understand this business and who are our main goals. Our members should be on this page to recognize the basis and motivation for success. The site should contain everything that we think is important, with better strategies for success, ideas, news ......

The first contacts with the new member should be referred to our Leadership Page and through the blog to get the feedback. At first they were all confused, shy, think to ask "dumb" questions ........ should be immediately
relieve and give them a space to write on this page all your doubts and ambiguities about the business. So every day on giving them the Leadership Page and actively participate in discussions with them.

It is important to inform them of their recommendations with resources for more successful business and achieve competitive relationship among their members.

Everyday contact and reminder of the main objectives, members will actively participate in the discussion and it will eventually become a habit.

Your leadership page is your own writing column. Let new PSAs know how to be EAs and then how to maintain EA status each month.

Duplication is the key. Post excatly what you do each month and broadcast any new strategies. It's your own free blog space.

You can also set up contests for your downline to participate to win prizes you can afford.

To motivate and inspire your team and help them to follow your way, on your Leadership page you need to :
- publish your achievements which related on this business,
- to share positive conclusions that can help others,
- to give advice to team members how to overcome certain problems at some point,
- boast your team for any successful action,
