This is what I do and how I go about it. I send a short Newsletter to all of my team using the PSA & CSA Mailer and to the further downline members in my team via the genealogy team mail feature.

I would say something like:

“This is my Leadership Page link (and I would put my link here). From time to time I introduce contests here for members who are progressing up in rank. I also provide one off surprise gifts which I haven’t outlined (they are a surprise after all). Last month, I offered free membership of my Co-Op for a full month, for any team members who reached the rank of Team Leader. I also gave a surprise gift of free PSAs when a member requalified for the month.”

If you would like to participate in my free Co-Op from time to time or if you would like some free PSAs, check out my Leadership Page or email me for details.

Please feel free to copy what I have done for your own team.”

This should motivate and inspire your team members. Even though you are spending a little money to provide the prizes, it comes back to you when your team members progress up the ladder of success.

Consider your Leadership Page as a private blog. How would you use a blog to inspire and motivate?

There are five tabs at the top of your management page each of which needs attention.

1. Blog
2. Greeting
3. Rewards/Incentives
4. I Recommend
5. Recognition
6. My Best Tip

Each of these tabs have instructions on how to best occupy them, however like any good blog the best content grows as you grow. Grow in your business, grow in life and grow in your skills in communication.

Some really good places to look for content would be both the SFI Forum and the Ask SC tab on your home page. Also your own Upline/Sponsor Newsletters. After awhile you will discover your own skills and technique in writing.

Also, I am sure, there will be numerous other answers to this question that will help you enormously. Take each to heart and use the ideas and concepts that best suit you and your own personality.

Yeah talking about using the SFI Leadership page to inspire and motivate my team

Firstly, I think the Leadership Page is one of the best tools provided by to present yourself to your team. I believe the words "INSPIRE and MOTIVATE" are a keywords to a successful SFI business. Before I can inspire or motivate others, my achievements and and what I do should be an inspiration to me.

Therefore, I will start with the display of my SFI and Tripleclicks badges. We try talkng our affiliates into coming online to do there daily To-Do list, I ask myself how often do I do that. Of course the Leadership Page has to display that. I mean if I will inspire or motivate my affiliates into joining Wave 3, Pricebender auction, Playing Eager Zebra games, Duplication, Making Standing Order, Checking the Forum, Reading Answers at Ask SC etc I as the Leader must have done same. Yeah that's why the Leadership page would display it.

Secondly, Contest has been know to cheer up few affiliates into action. Using the Leadership Page to setup a Team Contest is a great way to inspiring and motivating the team. Referring the team members to the page to check out the ongoing contest, would definitely be inspiring to the team members.

The blog space on the Leadership Page is another great way to put down few words every week or month to encourage the team. A word of encouragement reassuring the team members of your commitment to being a great and awesome sponsor. You could drop a message on how they can go grow in their SFI businesses or what they need to do to make SFI a better place for a good business. What are your testimonies, do you have pages you want to refer your members to, the Leadership Page is the best place to talk about that.

Also, there are different ECA members selling almost the same products with different prices. Its is the responsibility of the Team Leader to inform the Team about the best ECA that would deliver products at the right time and also have reasonable prices for the products they sell. What am I saying? The "I RECOMMEND" space on the Leadership Page is the only place on SFi where your affiliates can go to check this. So fill in your recommendation, inform your members about it and am sure it will greatly inspire them to purchase some certain products,

Use the "RECOGNITION" page to recognize those in your team who are working extra hard, accomplishing goals, reaching milestones, winning contests, etc. There is no better way to appreciate a hardworking affiliates than announcing them and their achievements to the whole team. I believe this will inspire and motivate them to do more and for those who are watching, they also will want to get a press on the crowd.

Dont forget to write a good welcome letter on the Leadership page so all new affiliate who visit the Leadership page can read and have some inspiration.

Assigned to each SFI sponsor or Team Leader, a special central page at the Affiliate Center designed to help support, instruct, motivate, and inspire team members. Elements of your LP include: A brief greeting; contact information; your SFI badges; TeamTalk, Blog, and Recommendations sections; recognition of affiliates on your team, your best tip; and a "Rewards/Incentives" area. - Glossary definition: Leadership Page (LP).

From the Glossary definition of Leadership page (LP), it is clear that one of the reasons for setting it up is to motivate and inspire team members. The question then is how do one achieve this?

To Start with, as a Sponsor or Team Leader, you need to painstakingly develop your LP to be attractive, informative, educative and motivating.

The first thing to work on is giving a very captivating welcome to your team members. You want them to "feel" you as they land on your LP. Your greeting should be very warm and friendly. Express your willingness to work with them while showing your great success at this opportunity.

Ensure that your full contact details are available there. Your e-mail ids, your social networks id, your Skype, Telephone numbers and every other detail about you should be displayed for their use. Everybody that visits that page should be able to contact you easily one way or the other.

The very first Tab your visitors see on your LP is your Blog. This is a very critical part of your LP. It is no gainsaying that content is king! This is the place to inform, educate and motivate your team members. Your blog should include answers to Getting Started FAQ, How to become EA, EA2 and Team Leader, Secrets of successful SFI business, Detailed explanations about aspects of TripleClicks that enhance their growth e.g Eager Zebra Games, PriceBenders Auctions etc. There should be a great deal of Motivational Write Ups in your Blog also. You need to constantly add new topics and trendy things in your blog. It would go a long way in motivating and inspiring your team.

One of the ways of motivating team members is by organizing contests and offering rewards for milestone reached by your team members. Ensure there is an ongoing contest or reward at your LP. Reward them with PSAs, Gift Certificate, TCredits for attaining certain ranks, accumulating certain VersaPoints, recruiting a certain number of PSAs etc.

As the Sponsor or Team leader, your downline looks up to you for direction. At your "I Recommend" Tab, tell them the best business building products you use, your best SO products, your best nutritional products, good ECA's products etc. For starters they are always at a loss on where to start. Guide them through your LP.

Recognition is one of the ways of motivation and inspiration for more excellence. Ensure you add current recognition to this Tab. It doesn't speak well if all your members see is recognition of a feat a year back. Take your time to periodically update your LP so that your current achievers are recognized and dignified!

Many of our team members don't get to see our Best Tip. You need to ensure that when they come across it in your LP, they read and re read. Give them clear direction concerning their SFI business.

The worst thing that is real is that many of our team members don't even get to see our LP. You need to publicize your LP in your Stream talk, Team Mail, E-mail correspondence and every other means possible. If you specially and continually develop and promote your LP, you would be providing a veritable platform for motivating and inspiring your team members.

Great Question
First & foremost, that you have risen to become a leader in SFI is a motivating factor in itself. It takes some quality efforts on the part of anyone for that matter to become a Leader in SFI.

So, if you can bring all your experiences/action points that elevated you to a leadership position in SFI so far to bear and summarize these in bullet points on your Leadership Page for your team members to read regularly, the combinations of these points will motivate your team a great deal.

Secondly, if you have participated in answering some ASK SC questions, and have won some votes that qualify you to win action VPs of between 1st to 10th positions at any point in time, you can actually display your answers on your leadership page for the exclusive reserve of members of your team. That way, you are adding to their knowledge base and at the same time, encouraging/motivating them in the process.

Be sure your contact information is current and correct.

Next, be sure your photo is there and that it is acceptable.

The next thing you should do is to include your new affiliate greeting.

After you have done this, make sure you have the badges there you want your affiliates to see. These badges are there to motivate and encourage your affiliates.

Now, make sure that your blog is up to date with anything that you want to include to help your affiliates to succeed.

If you have any contests, include them in the contest area.

Then, don't forget to recognize and congratulate affiliates for any progress they have made along the way. This is vital!
