The most important message I must convey to my team members is " Don't Quit. Quitters are losers!"
It's just like telling a person " You're a coward! Face it and you will get through". This is to give encouragement to them to give a try and experience the journey.
Tell the popular story of two gold diggers digging the same gold from two different spots. One of them dig, but found difficult and tedious to dig, impatient, short sighted and not believing in himself. Then he stopped and gave up!. The other one kept on digging, even though it was difficult and slow. But he had faith in himself and making use of his capability and his tools wisely, focused and determined, he managed to reach the gold.
SFI has bronze, silver, gold, platinum and diamond available to dig. So prepare a good and stable platform (EA) and start going for BTL, STL, GTL, PTL and finally DTL.These are potential sources of income from SFI.

1. everything you do - you want your team do the same .

2. everything that you done incorrectly - you want your team done correctly and you'll show them the correct way to go.

3. If you regularly doing the daily, weekly and monthly tasks, if you invest in your business (Fast track, SO, Shopping, ...), if you are learning every day and are upgrading their knowledge and skills - your team will see everithing through your results and they will follow your path , and even further in order to prove themselves ,and that is certainly a success.

communication is the key to success in entrepreneurship and how you convey your words will determine whether your members will become active or not.
To convey your message to them not to be inactive is to
1. Make your message friendly. Let it show concern, care. Let it show that you really want them to succeed.
2. Let your message make you approachable. Some messages can make one look arrogant, proud due to success in the field. Be humble and let your message convey that.
3. Let your message be heartfelt. To get your audience is to get their heart and their trust.
4. Let your message teach and let it be fun too. Teach them on how to succeed in the business.
5. Let your message teach on the rudiments of making it in life. Let your message calm their fears, enlarge their faith to succeed.
6. Let your message be real. Let it be a problem solving message. Share success stories of men who made it in the business.
7. Share with them on how SFI works and how it can build a financial freedom for them. Share with them practical steps that SFI has provided for them to achieve this.
8. Let your message be filled with truth. Tell them the truth about SFI. Tell them that SFI is Not a quick rich business and it takes hardwork, patience, persistence, vision, passion, training to make it in the business. Let them know the importance of these traits in business, using the overnight not launchpad series as your anchor.
With these, you keep your members active.

It is hard to know the human nature that causes some people to become inactive after signing up in SFI and TripleClicks. Trying to understand the reasons of affiliate inactivity or to prevent them from going dormant is next to impossible.

We all know how important it is to lead by example but if an affiliate is thinking about or has gone dormant your good example does not impress him/her. The best thing at this time is to inquire as to why they are not trying. The problem in this is, they will most likely not answer your inquiries.

What then can be done? Are we left in a conundrum that is unsolvable? In reality if some affiliate in your team has decided to stop being active there is little that we can do. We cannot control how they are thinking or acting.

We can however do things that could make your teammates think twice about not building their SFI and TripleClicks business. This can be done by offering incentives early enough after they have joined to help them keep their mind on being active daily.

Most team leaders will reward affiliates after they have accomplished some milestone in building activities. But what if there was also an incentive right from the start to stay active?

If they log in ten days in a row and earn available points build them a free website with Word Press. Put their banners on the website and list some “quick moving” products on the site for them. Doing this could bring them sales before the end of their first month and it would put money in their pocket which is a good deterrent against inactivity.

Everyone who is trying to build a successful business on the Internet will enroll many people who stick around a while then disappear into the wood work never to be seen again. It is a part of our business and it is something that we need to get used to and most important would be to not let their inactivity stop or slow you down.

Always remember; if you are doing everything in your power to motivate and inspire your team and a teammate still goes inactive it is not because of what you did or did not do. It is simply a choice (a bad one at that) your teammate has decided to follow.

Look beyond those that sleep and work with those who are willing to put forth some effort. Keep on sending motivating messages in your weekly newsletters to the sleepers and the workers. Someday the light might get bright enough to wake them up.

The one critical message to convey is that quitting is losing and that staying the course is always winning. There is no middle ground on this question because there are only 2 possible eventualities. The one is the affiliate quits and that is a loss pure and simple. He or she has utterly given up any chance of succeeding. I should also note that if they quit in SFI then it's most likely that they are also quitting in other pursuits so the likelihood of their winning at anything is low. I'm sorry to say that but it is true nonetheless.

The other eventuality is not quitting and staying the course to the end. And what is that end? Succeeding of course. The road in SFI has no other destination than to success so if you do stay on the path, it will take you to success - period.

Did I make that poignant fact clear enough? When you quit then any chance of winning is gone but when you don't quit, you WILL succeed because you have to. There is no other destination than success on the avenue of persevering.

Knowledge is crucial in order to be a successful SFI affiliate. Thus, affiliates should log in everyday and learn every aspect of SFI business first. It could take weeks or months to absorb all necessary details thereof, but since it is free, those with limited capital could make it a point to just learn something new everyday (and in the process, earns at least 10 VP daily which would qualify him/her for Daily Grand) and just don't bother much about making serious investment yet

Some people are just excessively cautious if introduced with a new business prospect, and some would take a considerable time to decide whether the opportunity is genuine or not. So, let him/her read about SFI first. The best way to do it is by attending to to-do list everyday. Make it a point for him/her to vote 20 additional questions in Ask SC so that he/she could learn faster.

And make it a habit to log in to learn new things everyday.

But, in order not to be left far behind in term of future prospect of higher commissions, Standing Orders for monthly 1500 VP should be considered seriously especially in the first 10 days because it could mean you are a Fast Track Member, Gold Fast Track Member or just an affiliate Member.

If he/she cannot believe that such prospect is real and tangible, then SFI is simply not an ideal place for him/her to hang in and he/she should waste no further time contemplating the next moves in SFI.

Finally, the new affiliates should understand that money don't come easily. The should earn it by hard work once they have a good understanding as to how to generate money from SFI Affiliate program. Tripleclicks commissions, whether direct or indirect are the key to achieving their financial goal in SFI.

And of course, the best is to get close as a friend. There's no need to be too strict, but try to be more interesting.

Let them feel that you care, and that you are sincere to share. Never stop sending messages and let them informed of SFI's current changes.

They are already signed into SFI. And everyone should easily success within SFI. A business set up from own comfort and time. No additional bus fare or travelling time waste to spend.

Having a strong foundation in a business plan to me is the most important message.


1. Focus – Decide on a plan for growing your business and then focus on that plan. Use a marketing funnel to convert your advertising and sales into income. Take action and put your plan to work by spending a little time each day to drive traffic into your marketing funnel. Traffic plus Conversion equals Income. It is the most simplest equation.

2. Traffic – Does not relate just to online advertising. It is the ebb and flow of your advertising. Weather you are placing cards on bulletin boards, advertising text links or running a mailer or traffic exchange campaign. You need to get your business advertised. Every business out their advertises and brands their product. If I say McDonalds can you immediately envision the fast food chains brand and the golden arch 's ? That is their branding and their advertising regardless of the quality of food many people around the world will envision and understand what McDonalds is. That is what you want for your business or opportunity and your advertising. Get people to recognize you.

3. Conversion – When it comes to earning affiliate commissions (converting traffic to income) I do NOT like to have all my eggs in one basket. My advertising is diversified in multiple places, Traffic Exchanges, Safelist, Co-Ops, social media. As one A2A friend said in discussion "Tim everywhere I go to advertise I see you there, your name and face branded and your ads showing. In order to do this and maintain FOCUS, you simply must be using a marketing funnel so you can focus on filling your SFI funnel with traffic. And this means duplication occurs. Where have you heard that word before ? SFI Basics ring a bell ?

4. Email List – The most powerful conversion tool in internet marketing is an autoresponder. Send your advertising to a lead capture page and let your autoresponder do the heavy lifting. Your autoresponder will follow up a lead....your prospects. I know SFI teaches you to not use auto responders but I use them to gain prospects. Prospects that I talk to on skype or email and sell them on the SFI opportunity and the fact that it is one of the greatest affiliate opportunities with the history to prove it. The money is in your list. Build your own, it is vitally important in any affiliate program.( Funny that SFI does not promote the use especially since one of my highest ranking marketing tools is my SFI Lead Capture page that we all have access to in our promotional materials and the same method SFI communicates to newly signed up affiliates) I am looking for quality prospects, not the tire kicker or the affiliate that thinks they are going to get rich quick. I contact my prospects and ask them a series of questions and then I tell them how I feel they will do creating their own business. Its not easy but it is worth it

5. Profit – This plan is designed for you to start small and build big by investing into your marketing system gradually. It’s also set up so that the more you invest, the more you profit. You will earn commissions if you develop a plan and invest in tools to make it happen. I am sure if you look around at the top performers and look at what they are doing their foundation business plan is the same and they are using these principals.

The business model above is nothing new or entirely unique. It is the same model taught by most any ‘guru’ you will meet. I have simply set up a marketing funnel targeted ideally for my SFI business It works so well because every thing I do, everything I invest all comes back to my business at SFI.

If you do not step out of the crowd, take the time, invest in marketing with a sound affordable budget you will continue to spin your wheels. Get out there and drive your business.

It doesn’t get any easier than this… as long as you take action.

To prevent my downline from becoming inactive, I'd use a lot of cliches in my weekly newsletter to them. Like "patience is a virtue", "the patient dog gets the fattest bone", "winners never quit", "fall 7 times, get up 8", etc.

I should have put this first but I'd send them lots of newsletters as well as regular emails to just check up on them.

I'd also try to answer as many of their questions as I can concerning SFI.

As their sponsor, I'd make sure they have unbridled access to me so that they can reach me at any time. The message here is they are important to me.

I'd show them how SFI can be fun by making them get interested in the eager zebra games and auctions.

Together, we'd build a co-op. I'd also set some targets and give them rewards when such targets are met.
