I have more than 300+ PSA,S in my Genealogy.Barring a handful other remaining PSA,S continue to remain inactive month after month.Inspite of several Teamails sent and constantly urging them to perform thei daily tasks and the importance of making a residual income in SFI has fallen on deaf ears.
If i were to answer the Ask SC question of PSA who state that their goal is to find an online job involving filling out forms and typing i would find myself in a very awkward position.

Filing out forms and typing as online job may sound easy on the surface.Although i have little knowledge of online job of filing out forms and typing the payout of such jobs are limited ,restricted and monotonous.Over a peroid of time a job of this kind is like any office Job 10 to 5.which is tedious and full of tensions.
I would tell a PSA that their goal as a PSA would be to take network marketing in SFI seroiusly by patience,perseverence and duplication .
By doing so and fulfilling the goal as a PSA is to build their own business in SFI wherein income of learning and teaching is limitless upto 12 generations.

They are at a wrong place, definitely. If you could, justify to them that those jobs they are looking for, mostly are scams. There might be a few legitimate ones, but they need time and efforts to really search for it. Guide your PSAs and make them understand, instead of wasting their time and money on something not so ‘real', why not make use and focus their positive energy to SFI. You should go back to the basics of how to become an awesome Sponsor, put them to action, and lead by example.

In a general analysis about human characteristics, it may be contentious that laziness is the basic instinct of majority of human beings and he always interested to have happy and lavishness without any burden. I would tell them that with SFI there are a lot of forms and typing involved with the advertising and that this is what they are looking for. I would ask them why would you want to work for someone else and fill forms and type what they tell you to when you could do it for yourself and not answer to anyone when you want a bit of time for yourself. They can set their own schedule and change it as they want. Filling forms and typing has a limit on what you can earn per action but with SFI there is no set earnings and the sky is the limit. Give it a try, you have nothing to loss and everything to gain.

Well you should let them know that if they want to find a job, rather than be an entrepreneur who can build their own business, work their own hours, have partners all over the world, make commissions based on the work they do, are rewarded for every action that they do, well wow they are in the wrong place. Because this is a place of growth for oneself and you are not limited by a BOSS. If that does not motivate them then they will not be happy on your team and wish them well. This is a place where dreams can be met but one has to have the vision to accomplish this.

I would tell them quite frankly then that they are in the wrong place. However, that said and done - I would also tell them that they are however, in the best place to be ...if they are ready to work and build a business online. They will get all free training, knowledge, support etc. in order to learn how to build their business and if they are in need of money...they can learn how to promote and sell TC products, Zebra Games etc. in order to make money while they also learn how to build their business.

If they are not interested in the business end of it, they can learn how to sell SFIPPA to prospective Affiliates and also sell the Games and Eager Zebra, Wave 3 etc. :)

Hi David !

If a PSA really states that their goal is to find an online job involving filling out forms and typing, at first I would try to make him/her show more interest for SFI business and again explain all the good things and benefits.
If i think I did all that was up to me as a good sponsor and a PSA still feels the same way, I wouldn't waste more time on helping this PSA except informing him/her that I'll be there if He/She changes mind and decides to know more and become active. I would concentrate on ''Work with the workers'' goal and I would understand that this PSA is just not motivated enough for developing his/her skills, learning, developing and running his/her own business except doing mechanical work. We certainly don't need a robot but a leader willing to succeed !

TC/SFI is too broad. There are many ways to earn here. If your PSA wants an online job involving filling out forms and typing. S/he can check around TC/SFI and can find where to fit that.
Since your PSA like filling out forms and typing s/he can:
>> make a website about that and run it through SFI,
>>make a blog about TC/SFI then his/her followers can read and join or buy through it,
>>become an ECA and provide that service.
Because your PSA understands that job better. You can tell your PSA to read the training and understand TC/SFI. If s/he understand TC/SFI s/he can find many ways to use those skills to succeed here. Understanding is power. When you understand, you become creative.
