How do I identify amongst all my downline members which ones could be superstars in SFI?

The answer is simple. This is business not work.
Members who are persistent, that every day working daily tasks and progressing slowly they are candidates to be good and worthy affiliates.
But there are a lot of members who are working so a month or two and simply abandon the SFI. As a sponsor and should have plenty of luck to gain new affiliates.
Time will select those who believe in themselves and their businesses in SFI.

Ask question to their sponsors and upline members. Tell down-line members how to duplicate. Have an active team members and an outstanding sponsor. They have above the green line and qualify for Fast Track 2.0. Participate in Forum and have ASK SC answer and play Eager Zebra games.

No one can really identify that - unless your superstar starts to shine from day 1 and keeps on shining along the way.
However, the superstarts do show signs that need to be recognized, such as doing all the tasks on the to do list, asking you and others in the Upline and Forum, questions. They show that they are learning and logging in every day. All these things are good indicators that you have found one of your 5 needed superstars.

The "superstars" at SFI are the ones that will make the social connections necessary to succeed--they will connect with you to learn what you know, they will connect with their own PSAs to teach them, and they will connect with their TripleClicks MRPs to encourage them to buy. Without those real connections, there are no commissions, and without those commissions, there is no success.

In my opinion, trying to single out who could be a superstar could be limiting to your business. Would you only work with potential superstars and neglect those who do not fit in the image?
I believe the simple answer is to treat them all like superstars, and you have more chance of them becoming superstars.
We have seen in the forum from many people who were slow-starters, but with continuing encouragement and communication from their sponsors and co-sponsors, became superstars later on.

success can be easy to spot because they are willing to work and learn. Ask questions and want to know more. Regularly perform tasks and show initiative. Such affiliate should be supported, to be with them constantly in touch and encourage them to work by sending an e-card or other forms of compensation.

The answer is simple, members that could be superstars in SFI are always known from the onset by their attributes. They are the types that follow all the rules of success here. And they are the type that make sure they keep up to making their EA's every month making sure their SFI business grows.

Hello,
The superstar in SFI do these actions;
1- Collect 500 VersaPoints in the 1st 24 hours.
2- Put a standing order in the 1st week.
3- Contact with his sponsor regularly in the 1st month.
4- Achieve 12 VersaPoints daily for at least 30 days.
These are the serious actions that any super star should start with.
