I do not consider myself a "superstar" yet but I am definitely learning from the "stars" that are in my team. One of my upline members answered a very pertinent question when I asked him "how do you get so many EAs" and his reply was "leave them alone". This is the basis I use in determining who will lead their team into the future with SFI/TripleClicks.

When I joined, I was also left alone and I worked my way without being followed by anyone. When I had questions, I would bring them to the Forum or ask my upline and downline team members. I realize that this is a workable strategy. The reason I say this is because the "superstars" as you call them are workers and they do not need to be pursued.

This feature will be prominent in your "stars" from day 1 and they will work and try and understand the system without too much complaining, questioning or negativity. They are quick learners and can once in a while, acknowledge your emails and appreciate your efforts as an upline team member. They will invest in the business quickly and pick up tips from others fast. I have a few of these type of members in my team and I consider them very valuable.

I would believe that these characteristics show you the difference between the slow workers, those that take time to decide whether to make an investment, how to duplicate or generate sales on TripleClicks and the "superstars".

This is easy I think.

First off, the "superstars" are easily identified by their commitment. They are the ones you see when you log in and check your genealogy page. You see their last log in was either the day before or a few minutes to hours before, or they are still logged on.

Another way to identify them is they are the ones always asking questions of you, seeking knowledge, wanting to grow. Furthermore, when you see their goals, you know they are in for the long haul.

Superstars also challenge you to learn more by asking questions you haven't thought of you. They are the ones who respond to your mails and mail you too with questions. They are also the ones who seem ready to buy out Tripleclicks.

The best approach is to let your downline members show you - demonstrate their "superstar" skills.

It would not be easy for a team leader to make a decision as to whether or not an affiliate is exceptional. All affiliates move their business at a pace that is comfortable to him or her, so as a Team Leader, encourage them to go beyond what he or she typically will do in a given month and see where their growth is.

For some affiliates their preference is to build downline size before the income. Others may wish to promote sales of products or even recruit ECA members.

Check in with members to see what their goal is and see if there is any movement on achievement. A non-superstar can be one described as having no growth and no plan - this is simply an affiliate who perceives that no work is required inorder to generate an income...sadly this is not the way but many try to follow this path.

Let your Stars shine on their own and then you will most certainly know who your leading affiliates are. Superstars are every where!

Identifying amongst downline members who could be superstars in SFI has become a preoccupation for me for the pleasant anticipation each time I get a Notification of a new PSA.

There is nothing like a feeling of hope with each new arrivals- Will this person be a good worker, an Ace? You forget how many inactives you already have and how frustrated you are becoming, so each new affiliate that joins your team brings an excitement like a fresh water to a wilting plant.

When a new PSA joins your team, check the Affiliate Profile and read whatever personal information is given there that will give you a clue as to any prior experiences in any offline or online jobs, goals or reasons for joining SFI.

Once you send a welcome letter with a brief instructions on getting started and a commitment message is sent back to you that the new person is ready to be active in SFI.
You then start your role not only as an awesome sponsor but as a friend, mentor, and guidance counsellor.

When the new PSA starts to ask questions for more information and guidance, and been following your advice, logging in daily and earning VP and regularly featuring in your Movers List, this is a clear indication of someone who is serious about building SFI business.

If the new PSA is progressing so well, has become EA within a week, has sponsored affiliates on his own and is resourceful in finding ways to attract more affiliates and promoting TC products, is ready and willing to invest time, money, and commitment to SFI, then you have a very promising and budding superstar in your team.

Other early signs are participation in the many SFI activities and contests, actively joining the conversations in the Forum and communicating with you on a regular basis.

Identify more of your downlines with the same trait, work ethics, perseverance and determination and your SFI business is looking great.

Keep your role as an awesome sponsor and in time you’ll produce awesome superstars.

We sow seeds with expectation that all of them will flourish. But in reality, does it happen?

Some may sprout soon;
Some may not sprout at all;
Some may sprout and lasts a little longer & then whither;
Some may sprout, after long time, suddenly, when we have forgotten them almost;
Some may sprout, grow and whither when we least expected it;
Some may sprout, grow, become stronger & give us fruits, etc for a longer time, throughout
their existence.

Is it possible to identify the seed that would fulfill our expectation?

The same is applicable to our down line too.

Developing a strong and active down line itself is not a simple task. We have to put in out best possible efforts to teach them/encourage them/motivate them/inspire them so that they can grow.

There are so many other factors which influence every down line member's involvement & continuation in SFI Business. These include - Family Support, Financial Position, Existing Job Situation, etc. Any and all of these, individually or collectively have the capacity to demotivate even a strong affiliate in a team, to withdraw temporarily or permanently.

There is no guarantee that any person within a team will remain strong and active for many years.

Conclusion:

Hence, instead of spending our energy in trying to identify a superstar amongst many, it would do a world of good if we focus our energies on the Team as a whole. If all of them grow continuously its very good which is also a remote possibility. Let's keep polishing all the stones - which ever has the capacity to shine, will shine. In SFI, as a matter of fact, whomsoever we receive as Affiliates, we treat all of them (whether PSAs or CSAs) as super star. However, there are certain affiliates, who will make their presence felt in SFI, in general and with the Sponsor in particular. They can be easily identified with the following indicators:
01.They will complete their registration and whitelisting of mail as also filling up of SFI profile immediately.
02.Unless there are certain points acting as barriers/unawareness of certain steps, they will be Fast Track within five days.
03.They will be highly inquisitive which is reflected the way they raise certain questions with their.
sponsor. Not only tha,t they respond to mails from colleagues and Sponsors in a timely manner.
04.Everyday they will be visiting the Affiliate Center and will be completing the To-.Do items.
05.They will not only complete the SFI Basics and Launchpad Lessons quickly, but whenever there is leisure time they will be going through SFI Basics, Launchpad Lessons and Rules of Success in SFI, to understand thoroughly the philosophy of SFI, its concept, its Organization and its nature of functioning..They will partake in Training programs
06.Within a maximum of a fortnight from the date of joining, they will be going to SC Answers, and visiting FORUM, where certain significant discussions will be taking place about policies (both Fresh and policies in practice) to come to grips with the operationalization of the system.
07.They will participate in the Eager Zebra games and other games.
08.Any way on joining SFI. they will be members of Tripleclicks. They will start actually
canvassing for the products of Tripleclicks, purchasing their requirements from the Store.
09.They will participate in the Pricebenders/Penny Auctions of Tripleclicks.
10.Naturally they will be part of E365 to become 1st in the class.
11.Go to Geneology and we will find that every day they are visiting Home Center, They will be on line in all probability or just may have moved from the Affiliate Center..
12.Just a perusal of their Affiliate Profile shows that they have very high goals which are ambitious and appear to be tough considering the time they fix for themselves to achieve them.
13.Invariably their presence will be felt in Movers tab.
14.Check their V.P.Ledger to see their azility in securing V.Pts; See their T.C. Ledger to have an idea about their participation in different games and auctions and see their Daily Streak badge to see their consistency in performance.
15.Invariably--to do all the activities uninterruptedly-- they will be placing Standing Order.

The above are only some of their major fields of activity apart from being member of Wave3 etc.,
It is not a surprise if they are quick Silver or Quick Gold.
One thing we need to appreciate while estimating or assessing the performance of newly joined affiliates. We do not--for better--know what goes on in the mind of an affiliate. If there are certain people who start and work right from their date of joining, certain others are slow in the beginning and gradually pick up and maintain steadily. Yet another set of people work very fast in the beginning but they give out their steam soon and become very slow--the so called upstarts. Why I am saying all this is because, we must desist from coming to a rapid conclusion and size up an affiliate on their face value and initial demeanor in SFI.

And in any family, relationships through constant communication removes the veil from shadow mannerisms. So, stay involved with one another.

By just doing that, you will be able to understand the few members in your downline who possess:--
* The desire and drive for succeeding in this business (SFI),
* The temerity & determination to pursue that desire to logical conclusion;
* The Will power to stay focused;
* The Character for Thinking Big & Aiming High

You see, "Touch" is a fundamental part of human existence, such that life without physical contact with others is a lonely life indeed. Constant contacts with members of your SFI downline will enable you appreciate how they feel individually about SFI business. And how they feel will enable you take the next step on what they plan to do. It's indeed the plan of actions and execution of those plans that will make you identify the few serious ones among them.

Putting all these together, this, indeed, is one of the main thrusts of how you can identify superstars in your SFI downline.

- they completed all registration and getting started requirements ,
- they completed the launch pad lessons
- they logging in daily and completing their tasks,
- they have set up a Standing Order,
- they communicate with you (as their sponsor/co-sponsor)
- they show interest to learn more by participating at the Forum.

These ones show they are determined to go all the way.

The superstars of SFI are the ones that log in daily, follow the rules of success, lead by example, they are the awesome sponsor that every affiliate wants, and doesn't give up even when they have a bad day.
Sometimes they aren't the ones with the long list of badges or a huge following of affiliates. Sometimes it's the affiliate that doesn't give up trying when they continually try recruiting and they always get a no, or an affiliate who signs up to do nothing and continually struggles to make ends meet so they can have a standing order the next month. They quietly and stubbornly learn, create, follow the rules and never ever give because they know one day it will work out and they will soar. Those are the kind of superstars worth having. The quiet, resilient, stubborn ones that never give up till they get what they came for.

Identifying superstars is like playing the lottery but your odds are better. To assist with this process, we have profile scores, and the affiliate manager which allows us to be able to take an educated guess as to interest, experience, and goals. Nevertheless, the profile score is subjective to the honesty of the user.

The best approach to take when trying to identify superstars is to treat all of your affiliates the same. Give them all the same support. Give extra attention to your consistent movers. They are your diamonds in the rough because they have shown through time that they persist toward their goals. Every month I have only a few affiliates to qualify as EA out of over a thousand. But when I look at how many affiliates earned VP in the last month I see 6 times as many. Then I look at how many affiliates earn VP this month to see whose consistent.

Thus if you use this approach, it is clear who is a "superstar" in the making. Be sure to recognize these affiliates for their efforts. Support them and find out how you can best assist them. Help them achieve their goals and these will certainly yield good returns on your investment.
