How do I identify amongst all my downline members which ones could be superstars in SFI?

Hello Dorothy, there is no specific way to identify future superstar in SFI among your downlines.
This is because you may see some of your affiliates so active this month, and the next few months they are nowhere to be found. What we need is just continuous follow-up and effective communication to our downlines. A superstar is only born when you can see it happen. Ofcourse, success in SFI is a glaring achievement that cannot be hidden. Being a superstar has to do with the strength of our effort.

Hi Dorothy,

The ways how you could identify your downlines to be supertars in SFI are following opinions:

1. You see them in your Movers tab daily,
2. they are religiously doing the To-do-List task daily,
3. they are sponsoring,
4. you see them in the facebook or other media posting SFI or TripleClicks ads,
5. they are purchasing something in the Tripleclicks store to maintain their monthly VPs
requirement,

Hi,

It’s quite interesting question.

Identifying the superstar amongst a team is quite easy and it will need some analytical work. A person who is ambitious and keep work ethics will ways be punctual and sincere in his every-day life. If you keep an analytical note on your PSAs’ work, you will see that a really interested PSA always adhering the following principles :

1. Strictly following SFI Rules and Regulations
2. Will read and implement all LAUNCHPAD

Actually, I don't know how possible this really is. I've had PSA's who really rock it for a month or two then suddenly disappear. Conversely I've also had PSA's who have been dormant for months or years then suddenly appeared and really rose to the top. In fact, I've done this myself.

You would obviously identify a PSA who is working the program as one with the possibility to be a superstar and provide all the support possible to see if he or she will realize this.

Looking at your down line members VP Ledger would be a good place to start. From here you will be able to ascertain if they are doing their To Do List daily, if they are using the forum regularly, if they are participating in any of the Eager Zebra games and Pricebenders auctions, downloading music etc. as well as if they have a 1500 VP standing order. Are they receiving VPs for support of EA 2s in their down line

Yes, this is a very interesting question where we can assess our down line as well as ourselves..

For me this is what I am looking for in my down line:
* those who log in daily and do all their task daily, weekly, monthly, intermediate, getting started action and all other action...even at least to do what they can.
* who send commitment letter to their up line.
*Who ask questions to their sponsor even in forum or through help desk
* Who participate

To me that answer is very easy - I believe you can not "write off" any of your affiliates. I believe in staying and acting positive and to give people an open-minded individual chance to proof themselves. I do not judge by looking at what I see only.

Your high flyers and superstars will have expectations which they will want to fulfill with or without your support, and as they progress in the direction of their dream life;

They will show up as fast starters and consistent performers.

They show up in your MOVERS' TAB in green and their VP Ledgers will be full.

They will post sales and Versa Points in your SCOREBOARD.

They will show up in ASK SC and the FORUM as noteworthy contributors.

If you have superstars in your down line; they are self motivated. They will emerge by themselves even if no one gives the a hand up! I have realized that most of us that are actively engaged with SFI, and working through the ranks, are not dependent on our sponsors. In fact, most don't even expect much help from the up line (of course when such help comes along, it's much appreciated).

So, be on the look out for anyone that quickly racks up VPs, sets up a standing order and starts signing

To identify them, you've to understand first what makes a superstar and the characteristics that they possess.
Superstars create a niche for themselves in their field. They stand out. They are go getters. Men and women of principles, vision and goals and these are what you should look for. So how do you know them?
