Why versa points appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

You can explain this to your team members...Last month your score 1500 VP gave you the perks and payouts for last month that 1500 VP qualified you to receive those perks and payments for last month.
When new month starts your versa point will return to zero. The reason behind this is because now in the new month you have to re-qualify for this months perks and payouts. And your new 1500 VP's and more will determine your qualification for this month.

In the first place you need to know what are VersaPoint in SFI business, they are obtainable scores that are been awarded for each recommended activities on the platform for every affiliates members.

By activities we mean every recommended action taking (TO-DO-LIST) each time you log-in to your site.

Now that we know what versapoints is all about, then you will need to tell your affiliates that their VP depend on how effective they were in the business, and how much progress they makes on daily basis.

Remembering the fact that these VP comes from various actions performed by each affiliates, then you will let them realized that these VP carries alot of wait. as it will count so much on their monthly bonuses that goes to each affiliates based on their activitivities,
therefore versapoint is equivalent of Marks obtained by each student siting for any examination inthe curse of schooling from where theiir performances are assessed

A new month began.
The points you won last month and qualified for the perks and payments you received (or will receive) for the last month. It is not feasible, of course, for us to pay you more than a month in the same places. Now that the new month has started, you begin the process of qualification.
If you want to earn benefits, bonuses and commissions every month, you have to earn every month. Furthermore, if there were no requalification requirements, many people would simply do nothing. Surely you do not want to invest their time and effort building a team of people who are doing nothing (which would mean no cancellation fees for you)?

OMG. I can imagine how shocked you were when you were asked this question. That is the question like: Why do I have to pay for the chocolate in the store? It's okay if you set him five years old daughter, but it is difficult to answer when you set him an adult - you can not be sure he didn't make a fool of you.

We're all equal here and SFI treats all of us equally. This is real job, it is not a pyramid scheme where you work for those at the top. You have to work to earn money. Versa Points are our 'working hours', our 'monthly norm' on which we are paid by SFI.

When you are doing a ordinary job as a shop assistant par example, you have to come to it every day. You get paid at the end of the month. Next month, you have to come back to work every day too . And never, ever never anybody has occurred to him to say: I want to be paid for the next month because I came last month on the job. Such a person would be considered strange, silly and ridiculous.

Do not try at all costs keep PSA who is an adult and is not yet understood what means of a word JOB or understand that you have to go to work every day to receive a salary for that month. I've noticed that adults come here and ask us the dumbest questions and puerile - which would never have dared to ask their boss in the physical world. What's the next question: Why do I need to do anything to SFI gave me the money?

Why VersaPoints (VP) resets to zero at the beginning of the month?

That's right, on the previous month (as an affiliate) in your SFI business is required to Achieve a score of VP. Target collected scores to qualify as EA (= 1,500 VP). Then if your EA scores <1500 VP, in addition to not qualify, then the score will be reset to zero EA (0 VP) and you do not get an award as EA.
If your score = or> 1,500 VP, besides you have met with EA, you will be awarded as EA, will be given a badge next to the name of the month. These values ??are the same will be reset to 0 VP.

If you have reached EA then you will have an interesting experience in the business of EA and it is a good starting.

So we can conclude why every month EA scores for 0 VP is that we are consistent in doing business and every month EA chase again to reach the VP, with the aim to achieve the level of EA, EA2 and continue as Team Leader level where higher scores VP must be achieved.
The purpose of this would be in accordance with your Goal in that month.

Since the beginning of the registration up to the acceptance of membership. Every SFI Member is given a task to earn Versa Points to qualify as an Affiliate within the month of his/her sign up. There’s a lot of Versa Points to be collected from the beginning of membership from SFI as we all know it and it’s there. We collect point for every work/task given by SFI Admin for qualifications. Now once all points collected in easy steps of the way and every member is authorized to collect it, the very fun part begins. Collecting points, earn reward point, purchase to earn point is not very hard to do as long as you have the means to do or acquire it. Now, end of the months arrive and Affiliate now is very inquisitive on how to grow up and level up with his/her status. In the beginning every member is allowed to gain only Versa Point and it his options to acquire Sales Points on TripleClicks and others SFI activities with rewards points. It his own decision if he/she has the means to acquire it. If none, member stays on accumulating Versa Point.
New month now in the way, it will be reset to zero, Why? It is the Company policies and procedure to make every member to work their hard earned point in order to advance to next level. The previous point is still there and it needs to be growing in order to reach the next level. The previous point will be added to the present. It’s a fair play for every SFI member for this business to advance to next higher level and to know if any member will continue their membership for advancement, but it will require the heavy lifting on the part of a member. This goes for purchasing, selling, advertising, playing and participating in any activities at SFI/TripleClicks to gain points to qualify to the next round. If you don’t do anything member will stay as is and he/she stuck on collecting points whatever is in there at his/her homepage. NO PROGRESS, NO REWARD. It is very simple he/she is now a tools without use.
There’s a lot of ways to move to the next level but it requires spending or accumulating points on selling and purchasing products of SFI/TripleClicks just to maintain the status or advance to the next higher status. However, if a member has no means to acquire like others do. It must be hard for him/her to gain that necessary point unless he/she has the initiative to some hard work to earn those points. That is why there is an assistance and support provided by Sponsor, Co-Sponsor and Upline Member and even SFI Help and Support Desk. I don’t think so, but it is effective. I wonder if he/she can make it before the end of the month. Well I do believe in luck if someone has it. That is why it is reset to Zero to be able to know if new member is enthusiastic to move forward and earn income from this kind of business. No one is asking new member to purchase something to gain points, but to ease the tension of getting fall behind you have to purchase and this will give you ample time to do the other things you need to succeed in SFI/TripleClicks and to your business.

When payments are made, the whole sheet is cleared for the next month to start. Although, the earned totals are carried over for 180 days; to expire, giving an indication for ones position on the leadership board- country and class.

Why? Simple!

VersaPoints really serve only one purpose. They are a form of measurement of performance. There must be a way of measuring one's’ performance of certain sales and action within the company so when your VersaPoints reset you can re-evaluate your monthly performance anew.

The same happens at the end of six months when your VersaPoints begin to level out as they drop off and they show a level of performance for a six month period on a continuing basis.

There has to be a way of measuring our performance and this is the very best way to accomplish this goal.
