There are two reasons why our VP appear to reset to zero at the start of each month.

1. What ever VP we earn is paid the next month - We are paid monthly so its just right to remove what was already paid.

2. Our Ranks depends on the VP we earned (Part is action VP and part is VP from purchases). Our rank is the basis for many incentives we received, like our share on the CSA's, our share on the executive pool, and the number of free TC. So it is right to look at only what you

Versapoints reset every month to zero because affiliates get paid On the 15 of every month. Every month affiliates have to do actions from the to do list to accumulate versapoints so that we earn commissions. For example if you joined SFI in February of 2015 then you have to complete the getting started actions, Launchpad and the red tabs to accumulate the most action points possible and the buy products on TripleClicks such as the New member pack to get Sales VP and also get VP for Fast track.

You simply tell them the truth that each month everyones monthly VP total is reset to zero. This means every month you have to requalify for milestone achievements. Commissions are paid on the VP you earn from month to month. The cummulative total of VP are used to maintain power ranking only. Those VP will start to roll off after 180 days. This levels the playing field for all affiliates and encourages those affiliates who may think that they can't possibly achieve the higher VP totals due

Every month there are contest like VP Rank and Country Rank, and it would be impossible for a new member to rank on these leader boards if they were facing an affiliate who has been generating VP for 17 years and has millions of VP saved up. Since we all start back at Zero each month you are not facing years of investments, you arent facing the person who dumped $10,000 into their business 6 years ago for the rank, you are facing other affiliates who all started with zero VP this month.

This is done for several reasons, beginning with the space required to "store" ALL of the information of VPs that we have all earned!!

It also creates a more level (fair) playing field for us all. Every one of us must requalify as EA, EA2, all the way up to whichever rank we attained last month. This keeps us all involved with OUR business, plus SFI and TripleClicks. If we did not, we would not be up to date on all the newest happenings, changes, improvements, etc.

Let your team members know that:

1- This is a business venture. In every business there is a time frame set, IE; weekly, biweekly or monthly, to calculate all of their profits, loss, inventory etc. After all calculations are made, then the money goes out to where it needs to and the business makes a new plan to improve on the next rotation.

For us in SFI, it is the same basic principle. We work on our business. SFI does the calculations. SFI pays out the commissions. Then,

If you work for a company that pays you commission, they will have a cut-off date for sales so that they can calculate your commissions and add up what they need to pay you. Once the check is written, you don't get paid anymore from those sales. The sales numbers start over for the next pay period so you are back to zero sales.

This is the same concept with versa points. Versa points are used so SFI can calculate your commissions. Once they close the month and figure out how much to

VersaPoints resets monthly! But why? Why not let it continue to accumulate without resetting?
The following are my view:
1) It is like moving on from one class level to another.
If we remain in the same class, say class one all through our school days, how would it look like? The motivation in learning comes from starting another level at the set time. In SFI, if VPs do not reset, the motivation would be gone.
2) We work our SFI monthly because VP resets. Today, we have a lot

Each month commission is paid out to affiliates who are EA2 and above, a check is issued or money deposited. The VersaPoints(VP) that we acquire during the month are used to calculate this commission and pay us.

On the first day of the next month we begin earning again. We require a new set of VersaPoints to calculate our commission for a new check at the end of that month.

The VP's are therefore reset to '0' because your commission is set to '0' once paid.

Hi Bamidele

You have had lots of great answers on this question, about
- how the monthly TC Executive Pool is shared based on VPs collected individually in the last month
- how your monthly activity determines your rank
etc.

However, I would just like to add an aspect I have not seen mentioned yet.

Because VPs are reset each month, everyone has an equal opportunity to earn from the TC Executive Pool, whether they have been with SFI for many years or
