Certainly we do make mistakes in the course of establishing a business in SFI; some of these mistakes are a result of our own carelessness while others are inadvertent or for lack of knowledge. Again, some of these mistakes we can learn from and make the necessary adjustments in order not to repeat them which makes us stronger at the end.
However, there are some irreparable damages caused by our mistakes that make us wish if we can turn the hands of the clock backwards and since we cannot, we wish if we started all over, so in this case below is my take as far as SFI is concerned.
When I joined SFI initially I under estimated the potential to earn a reasonable income and there was this tendency to dilly-dally or procrastinate which affected my ability to hit the ground running in terms of necessary actions to building a strong business. I am not referring to the getting started actions or training materials because as a very passionate reader I grasp those within days. However, the problem was that I did not apply this knowledge immediately especially in the 'honey moon period' before fatigue set in.
As a result of the above, I wasted time in deploying my resources; time, money, network etc to advance my business especially in team building and sales, and by the time I was 'ready' the best and most loyal members of my network were engaged and refused to come and join me build an SFI business. It still makes me sad as I write because it is like a sharp needle piercing through my heart, especially when I see they are doing very well where they are engaged as a result of their own hard work and network, not because it is a better program.
What this thought me and how to do it differently if given the opportunity to start all over will be to believe first that reasonable financial success can be achieved here until it proves otherwise, rather than the other way round. If I approached SFI this way, I will be working with the most active team members I could have imagined.
