The first and most important answer to this question is COMMITMENT. So I ask you this question: Can you commit? This is rule number 1 in the rules of success which says "Treat your Business like a Business".
In short you should read these rules to understand what it takes to succeed in the business but rule number one tells you that if you want to succeed then you have to treat SFI or any other business seriously and not just a hobby that you go to when you have the time and when yo feel like it.
When you signed up for SFI you did the first step to succeed and I congratulate you for this but you cannot stop there, you have to make a serious commitment to do all the necessary work to get the business started. Once you sign up on SFI you have to take the time to read the getting started materials, read the Launchpad, communicate with your upline well I think you get the point. What I am saying is that you cannot succeed if you sign up for SFI and then walk away and never log in or you just log in when you feel like it and do not do the daily actions.
The next thing I read about allot in the affiliate center is setting goals and making a plan in order to achieve these goals. Setting realistic goals will allow you to know where you are at the moment and where you want to be in both short term and long term. Working a business without a plan is like a treasure hunter looking for treasure without a map and not even knowing what specific treasure to look for. Another example is an archaeologist looking for artifacts or ruins. They too set goals and when it comes to excavation they have a plan already set up. When they dig the ground they do it by hand slowly and gradually and very systematically to get to the treasure. So here on SFI you have to set goals and have a plan like a driver with a roadmap to get to the final destination. Catch my drift?
Tell me How do you think Queen Elizabeth I of England was able to rule England for 45 years and made it the richest most powerful country in Europe?
Patience and Consistency, how good are you with this? How patient can you be when you do not get immediate results? For example if you were to advertise SFI and Tripleclicks to get sign UPS and no one answers what would you do? Do you just keep on advertising or do you just give up right away and say "I Quit"? Most people quit SFI because they see an overload of information that stops them dead in their tracks because the person who sponsored them did not take the time to go over the information with them bit by bit in order for them to see how easy it is. When I signed up my sponsor never spoke to me and to this day never does but I was patient and perseverent that I continued here even if I felt overwhelmed with too much info but now I am in my third year but I learned slowly but surely and there is allot more I need to learn. This is a perfect example of patience because in the affiliate center you must not be in a hurry to make money and learn all the material in one year let alone one day, breakdown the information into bite size pieces and your knowledge will grow over time like a snow ball.
Rejection: When you start an online business or affiliate marketing program you will experience allot of mixed reactions from people around you. Some will be puzzled and not know what to make of it, some will be interested and want to know more but others will reject it and tell you that it is a scam and want nothing to do with it, some people will say " I will Think About" but in reality they are not interested. So what I am saying is that if you want to succeed then do not allow negative reactions of any kind discourage you. Skeptics and Pessimists who never succeed and don't want to see you succeed will try to say negative things to talk you out of starting your own business and this happens to all aspiring entrepreneurs so the key to success is deaf ears. You keep on climbing the mountain till you get to the top and just ignore all negative feedbacks.
In the interest of time I will share only one more but in order to answer your question you must read the rules of success and really take them to heart if you do this you will succeed.
Failure: Most people see failure in every opportunity but an entrepreneur sees failure as an opportunity to succeed. When you experience failure are you going to quit or are you going to learn from it so that you can become a better person? To be an entrepreneur you must use failure as a learning experience and use it as an opportunity to keep moving forward and see the success that lies ahead.
I am sorry if I gave you too much information but I hope this answers your question.
