Which is better and why...to contact my PSAs through SFI (e.g. PSA Mailer) or directly via their email address?

Dear Rania, your question is apsolutly OK. My answer is - better is contact directly via PSAs email adress. PSA Mailer is need at Weekly Actions when we earn 30 VPs.But Rania, don't we have SFIMGchat, Hangouts, Skype, Viber and very very good contact via Facebook!
If is your PSA in your country, exchange tel number and tallt wid him/her.
I hope help you.
Good contacts with your PSAs and

I'd say to use both methods, of course. However, affiliates want to be assured they're communicating with a real person and not some spambot or scam artist.

Now if you want to send a weekly newsletter, a blurb, or just a pep talk, then the PSA Mailer is fine. But if you really want your PSAs to get started or learn the ins and outs of SFI, then contact them personally via email.

Great question, actually both. Any type of communication is critical. Sending out a general email through SFI's mailer let's your team know you are there to help them. Sending out a email to their personal email, let's them have a one on one with you. Then you can guide them towards the direction they want to head towards.

Well I believe the Mailer is a great tool to use for your Weekly Team Letters, this is a tool to give general information for everyone. But the more personal touch is to send a email directly to that PSA or CSA who is really working this business and needs encouragement on a one on one basis. Each PSA/CSA has a different pace or issue that needs to be addressed more personally rather than in a general Mailer form.

To me contacting my PSAs through SFI links is the best because it shows professionalism and there are available material for you to use which is free and always at your disposal.
Again both of you have one aim which to succeed and one aim of marketing and duplication while in sending email is only for friendly interactions.
I hope this helps.

This very good question. I think that the best for first contact is to be trough PSA Mailer because if you sent e-mail to unknown person he/she might ignore it. Later my advice is make contact via email address because the person you address already knows who you are and expect your letters. But you must not forget to send regular messages through PSA Mailer that way you get 30 vp/w.

How much time do you have? Actually, I prefer E-Cards. I usually use the "TIPS", or "HERE TO HELP" E-Cards. It really depends on what you are trying to do. If you need to get the same message out to everyone, the PSA or Team mailer is the way to go. For individual, more personal contact, emails or ECards.

With the thought of the news letter sent out to all a short time ago I am going to say that we should keep the PSA team mail to a once a week. Then if there is additional things that you want to share I would do this regular email. This way the company servers are not overloaded. We also have the stream posting and the Forum.

I am doing both procedures especially when seeing that my active PSA went inactive. Aside from sending PSA mailer, I am also sending them personalized email base on their accumulated VP and last log in date. By doing so, I can still be sure of that they receive my email if the PSA mailer went out and would just be ignored if they knew where it came from.

That is a great question in my experience I have found that if you are addressing all of your PSAs then use your PSA mailer but to personally coach individuals I would use their individual emails be sides unless you are computer savy sometimes emails don't go thru so I put there email address in my contacts in my emails so they will always receive your emails hope this helps
