What is the best way to help my affiliates build their downlines?

I have a plan that works wonders and is really simple to do.

1. Tell them about the 3 buttons at the top of the page and make sure they go through the 30 days of training in the Launchpad because they will not be a success if they don't understand their business.

2. Make sure they are committed to working daily at least 1 hour a day and becoming an EA2 because these are the minimums needed for their success and by minimum I mean encourage them to do more if they can.

I can share with you my experience. I have PSAs and CSAs but they seem to only be active in the first 2 months and then disappear. So I have done my own study and concluded that it may be due to the fact that they are discouraged when they couldn't get signups from their own advertising. They understand that working alone on an affiliate type business doesn't really work.

Therefore, I have offered to help them with their advertising. I set up a team co-op and offered it free to my team.

One of the major ways to build a sustainable residual income is through VP match, earned from the efforts of your downline. Whichever way you choose to help your PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) to build their down-lines will be the “best” way.

Keep in mind that the method you use should be easy to copy (duplicate) because if it is working good your PSAs could get excited and want to do the same thing for their PSAs.

There are actually three best ways to help your affiliates build their downlines.

The first one is to offer them a share in your Co-op. If you are feeling generous, you may add them to your Co-op for free for a month, as a reward for reaching milestones such as becoming EA for the first time.

During the affiliates first month explain about re-assigning PSAs and the VP that can be earned (even from inactive PSAs).
They can earn 120-150 action VP per month for sending out group messages and 12 action VP for 3 Stream messages each month.
Ask your PSA if they would be willing to accept 2 in-active PSAs to practice sending messages and tips. If they agree send them 2 PSAs in their second month.

In their second month ask if they would like to join Wave3. Tell them the benefits

Been an awesome sponsor is the only method of helping your PSA's to build their downlines.

Just by teaching them the exact method you are doing recruiting them it's call (Duplication)

*you can also run a team co-op this will allow all your PSA's to start building the team as well

*teach them to advertise their SFI gateways

*advise them to invest in S-Builder unit this will automatic build the team

*the bottom line is what ever method you use

There are many ways to help affiliates build their downlines.

My answer to this question is to add them to your advertising co-op as soon as they become Executive Affiliate. They should have PSA's coming in on a regular basis. This will encourage advancement.

Once this is done you should teach them to do their own advertising and give them suggestions on where the best places, the best ads and the best times to advertise. You could create ads using your best ideas that
