Should I or shouldn't I try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates when they are not English speakers/readers?

You should. Forget not that SFI is a global business and remember about the topic of LaunchPad lesson Day 5 "Borderless is beautiful!". We are not in this business to discriminate and this business is not just matter of English.
The business is open to Chinese, Italian, Haussa, Yoruba, French, Russian, Arab, Indian etc... The language cannot be our limitation, we should take it as challenge and find a way to overcome it. I can imagine you will have language difficulties to make follow-up,

This is very important really.

First of all of course you should recruit people of over seas to expand your business. Then come to the point either they are native speakers or not, then you should know there are many tools provided by the new era.
In case of providing guideline or tips to your team member ,you can insert a translator link with the mail so that he/she can understand it by using the tools!

Above all you can send them some good link of translator,to make them

Yes, Why not? Won't you feel good knowing that you not only help them to build a successful business but you also helped them to improve their English?

I live in a country with 11 official languages. My mother tongue is not English but I think I am doing well enough - and I only learned the language (very quickly) when I had to use it. The more you use any language the more you learn.

I don't think anybody able to join SFI is incapable of learning enough English to get by

Sure. Do not hesitate, I am Colombian and my English speaking is very low, the'm writing these lines with GOOGLE Translate. With the same I communicated with my PSA speaks Hungarian and my sponsor who is from Germany in English. No limits, the limits are only in our minds. This business is for everyone who wants and is willing to persevere, and constantly wants to learn, no matter their language. We are a business in many cultures, that's what makes it special. Sorry if your translation is not very

I think that you should go ahead and recruit anyone. After all SFI is a world wide business. If they do not speak English or if they do not speak English very well there is a translate button at the bottom of each page. Therefore most definetly go ahead and recuit anyone. Also there is no reason not to recruit non English speaking or limited English speaking ECAs.

Yes, We should try to recruit people from various places why because SFI stands for Strong Future International business and it has its affiliates all over the nation from different countries. And the whole website is provided with a 'TRANSLATE' option. To understand the material provided here one can use the option.

It is not mandatory that affiliate should be proficient in English. But at the same time as it is a universal language one should have the ability to manage with the things.

The key word is "TRY". You are from Kosovo, and I assume the word "TRY" means local people who may not have the English skills you do. The answer is YES.

Local people are always much easier to support than people at a distance. Also, local people who know you will trust you and respond better than a stranger to your guidance.

Local people can also meet regularly to discuss problems and strategy. This can be a great time for reviewing action steps with your

Hi Vehbi,

Being able to communicate in English plays an important role in assisting people to carry out their businesses up to a desired level. A language barrier is not an issue for them to become players in an international environment.

People who are not English speakers/readers are actually different from English illiterates. These people may not speak English but they understand English. They are not totally ignorant in English language. I bet those who ever go

You should try to recruit everyone that has interest in the business opportunity. In Information Era there is not a language barrier anymore. For example India is prosper affiliates recruiting field, but most of the people there speak Hindi. So, you should translate everything about the business on their language, as I did few days ago and my team member moved up in "Movers" tab. Hard-working people are rare and are a treasure, so you should recruit more people to find the diamonds even
