TripleClicks (TC) holds the privacy and security of their site visitors in the highest regard. The following information explains the type of information gathered & how that information is used by TC:
1. What information is collected and what's not?
A. Any one can visit TC site without revealing the identity or providing any personal information.
B. While IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) are logged to track a user's session, the user remains anonymous.
C. Tracking IP addresses gives them an idea of the areas on their site users are visiting and how long they spend there. TCdoes not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable.
D. This means that a user's session is tracked, but the user is anonymous. The user's browser also lets TC know the type of computer and operating system being used.
E-mail addresses are gathered from only those who have purchased products from TC and those who sign up for one or more of TC's mailing lists.
2. How is e-mail information used?
E-mail addresses are used to send information that a visitor requested or to confirm orders. TC NEVER sell, rent, or loan their e-mail lists to ANY third party. If we order a product or service sold by one of TC's E-Commerce Associates, they will be provided our e-mail address in case they need to contact us about our order.
3. How do I remove my name from mailing lists to which I previously subscribed?
By following the easy removal directions provided at the bottom of e-mails we receive from TC.
4. Is supplied credit card information retained?
TC retains this information for a period of time to allow for the possibility of a credit being posted to our credit card for a product being returned.
5. What about phone numbers and addresses?
TC requests a phone number on order forms in case They need to contact us about our order. They NEVER sell, rent, or loan their list of customer phone numbers, nor any other information about customers. If we order a product or service sold by one of oTC's E-Commerce Associates, they will be provided our phone number in case they need to contact us about our order. They will also be provided with our shipping address.
On Deliveries:
1. TC is vogue for so many years and its foundation is very strong. It speaks volumes on TC's commitment to deliver quality products at affordable prices to customers around the world.
2. While we will be required to pay for the product at the time of placement of orders, unless the delivery of the product is confirmed by the recipient TC will not pay the ECA with whom the order was placed.
3. In case the product is not delivered within the specified period by the ECA, clear channels are there for us to track the order status, etc.
4. Once the product is delivered we can always rate the ECA based on so many parameters like delivery, product quality, performance, etc.
5. All these are monitored by TC. Repeated poor ratings will result in termination of the ECA concerned by TC.
6. Further, a poor rating will always present the ECA concerned in bad light. Hence, others will be reluctant to deal with them.
7. If proper information is not forth coming from the ECA, we have the option to take it up with TC Support.
On Returns & Replacement of Products:
1. TC products are shipped to customers from merchants around the globe. Therefore, return and refund policies will vary, depending on the product purchased.
2. For specific return and refund policy details, one has to check the "Returns/Refund Policy for this product" link on each product's detail page.
All these established systems and procedures at TC's end assure us of safe and secure shopping and timely deliveries.
However, on REASSURANCE to prospective customers, you have to do it ONLY by your own shopping experience.

Being new comers, they will decide only based on your experience.

Please share your " Transfer Buying" Experience, if any, with your prospective TC Customers. That alone can help them " decide ". Every Shop has its own way of attracting customers. But, unless we have hands on experience personally, we cannot lead any one to them.
