Before I start my answer, I have to say that:
SFI is more than 16 years old, and Triple Clicks is a business Wing of the SFI.
The annual business transactions of Triple Clicks are of the order of $2.5 Billions (2013 figures).
The membership of SFI is >4 million of which Triple clicks has >2.61 millions (approximately)
There are as of today more than 90,000 products in Triple Clicks.
The operations of Triple Clicks are spread over >169 countries.
These are the -not figures-but facts & these facts are incontravertible.
Whether it is SFI or Triple Clicks, they have formed with the sole objective of catering to the requirements of middle class people over the globe, who have neither the capital sufficiently nor have the capacity to advertise their products Internationally (let alone in their country).
It is against these facts/background I will talk to the triple clicks customers.
It is but natural that the triple clicks customers have certain reservations or apprehensions about the Triple Clicks. Especially after witnessing the Internet businesses and the way they are running, it is not unnatural they feel as they do. But, It is the responsibility of the sponsor who is introducing them to the organization (Triple Clicks) to take these reservations in to consideration , convince them and see that the customers conduct their transactions confidently and comfortably.
After all it is for the first two or three transactions, these teething problems surface, in case the first two or three transactions are completed, the customers themselves feel highly relaxed and be only pleasant to continue their further business relations with triple clicks.
And it is for these first two or three transactions, the sponsor be there with them and guide them so that the customers will also feel that they are not alone & are on slippery ground in going ahead with the transaction. It may not be always possible for the sponsor to do this, in which case, his next in line be entrusted with the care of the customer.This is important.
Please remember friends! A satisfied customer brings in 10 more customers, while a dissatisfied and disgruntled customer takes away with him 10 valuable customers. We at SFI/Triple Clicks want not just customers but satisfied customers.
Let us not be worried about business income, but lets take care of the customers, automatically the customers will be with us confidently and reassured and income comes of itself!!
In sum, I wish to reiterate that the strengths of Triple Clicks are needed to be highlighted and they are led through first two or three transactions. The rest will take care of itself.
